First off, thanks for all the birthday wishes, the support from my fans is what keeps me going.

Second, my T-Shirts are done and they are $25. Hat's will be arriving soon, along with some ladies wear.  Keep your eyes and ears posted.  Matt(my web guy) will have everything up ASAP.  A picture of the shirts will be up right away.

Now onto UFC 72, I am fully recovered from the Franklin fight and am ready and eager to step back into the cage.  I leave for Ireland on Monday June 11th.
I have trained very hard for this fight and I look forward to getting back to my winning ways.  The TUF killer is back!!

***note from Matt***  I saw Jason train today and I haven't seen him in better shape.  I feel very, very sorry for Rory Singer!!
