... it's 4 in the morning... the end of September... i'm writing you now... just to see if you're better...
I've been back since last Monday, but jet lag is still lingering over me like a returning rash. Between 3-5 in the morning I awake which would be the times when we'd do our shows every day in North America. Slightly annoying...
Any news...any news...? Well, whilst we were away, a load of my bigger fish in the fish tank ate a load of the smaller ones. Little shits... So I went to a garden centre and bought a load of fish on Wednesday. Go to a garden centre in the Autumn, it is fucking weird. It's like an alternate universe; they're out in the middle of nowhere, huge spaces, run by the same kids who would work in a Mcdonalds and they're absolutely dead after the Summer. You see shit tons of say, plastic toadstools with a cat sitting on it, fishing for a boot; I mean rows and rows of these things...and you say to yourself "Who buys this crap?". My mother obviously.
I'm going to try and get to sleep again. But tomorrow, I'm going to add some videos to this blog entry. Firstly, I've been working on a film of our escapades this year, so I'll post some excerpts from that from time to time, beginning with one tomorrow. And secondly, I'm going to replace the "Bright Tomorrow" video on our profile space with our video for new 12" single/download "Colours Move".
Hope everyone is okay.

p.s. well done to Caribou for winning the Polaris Prize. We were sure he was going to lose!
EDIT: Bit late sorry. I was going to upload excerpts in their chronological order, but I decided on uploading one with Dan Snaith (Caribou) in, in honour of his moment. x
