Yes, Funny Times is finally released!
But how do I get it Gareth?
Well first of all, we'd encourage you to go to your local independent record shop. We at Grumpy Towers particularly like Swordfish in Birmingham and Picadilly Records in Manchester. But we appreciate not every town has a little record shop anymore.
Which is a shame.
But it should also be in HMV and Virgin (or it is at least orderable).
If you're one of those modern minded people I get told about, you can order it on the internet. But for some reason or another, Amazon are currently saying you'll have to wait a few weeks. This we're trying to sort out. Well I've rung our manager anyway!

And of course a great way of getting it is to order straight from us. Fast, reliable. Almost too fast, too reliable! Send us a cheque for £10.50 to Misty's Big Adventure, PO Box 13322, Birmingham, B13 3DX.
Or for £21, get Funny Times, Grumpy Fun, Grumpier Fun and The Party Sounds of Grandmaster Gareth. 80 tracks!
If you do manage to get a copy, we very much hope you like it. The follow up is nearly at mixing stage. And we're very excited about it.
Take care,
Grandmaster Gareth

::::::STOP PRESS::::::::

OK, we hear that the situation has been sorted. Apparently the umpa-lumpas at Amazon hadn't actually received any albums from the little rabbits at our distributors - hence the 4-6 weeks malarky. We are assured that they should have received some albums now and the info on the website will change as soon as "it goes through the system". What fun having your own label.

Amazon are saying it is in stock. Has this problem now been rectified?

Anyway, I'll get my grubby mitts on a copy sometime this week no doubt and then play it to death like I did with Black Hole..... you're tired, you're tired, I'm wide awake.... etc etc

Take care

Nathan

Purely because I like instant gratification, I'm currently going down the iTunes download route. It's "iTunes Plus" meaning it's DRM free (hoorah!) and of a higher quality encoding.

I'd also like to point out that I shall ALSO be making a proper CD purchase too. It's just that no-one's open at 10.17pm

Cheers,
m.
