Hi everyone
For anyone who may not have heard, Minister John Gormley has put a temporary protection order on the monument at Rath Lugh. That means that the destruction has stopped for the time being. This counts as a victory for everyone who has put pressure on the government in any way. Well done everyone. The battle continues, though, as I have no doubt as to the government's long term intentions. See these links for more: http://www.indymedia.ie/article/84496 http://www.indymedia.ie/article/84461
With regard to my recent posting about our site, I can now say that we will be relaunching our newly designed site very soon. We intend to update and expand our existing sections and launch completely new ones as well. The Tara Foundation magazine will be up to date and the new editions available for download. (For anyone who is interested, the current editions are at this link: http://homepage.eircom.net/~guerin/editorialse.html) A new short video should be online within a short period of our relaunch. At present, the launch date is......
October 14. - update - as of 21 October I am still working on the site. Apologies and I will update when we're about to launch.
