Whatever is only almost true is quite false, and among the most dangerous of errors, because being so near truth, it is the more likely to lead astray. ~ Henry Ward Beecher

Love lingers, like the final notes of a song,..

Coloring the air with feelings so strong….

Gentle whispers of pure passion, unaware…

Of all that has gone wrong, the flaws that haunt….

The faults that taunt… the fears & tears…

The sacrifices and surrendered thoughts,

All that has been and all that will be…

Love lingers within, a fragile hope…

Absorbed in faith that cannot be swayed,

Promising grace, serenity and sweeter days …

Filled with smiles that are more genuine,

Hearts that are golden glimpses…

Into the treasures of Real Love,

A love inspired from Above.

Love lingers, like a song…

Whispering rhythm through the heart…

Creating harmony & the thought…

That Love is eternal…

Forever – Without end…

Wherever love begins…

There is everlasting certainty…

Of God's Song…

...playing on.

Nice piece...I'm not Religious myself, but I enjoyed it all the same.
