	Derek	I'm just HAPPY with all my debut albums, like fine wine, they just get better with age. It's taking time over here in the US for people to discover you, if you did a tour or two more here, I'm sure your sales will double or triple. It's the passion you add to your music that gets me, brings tears to my eyes at times, warms the blood...Dogs are GREAT, they never let you down :-)..Knees take a beating with sports, it's the twisting that does it, mine went out at 27, now the hip and foot are troublesome. 	Susan	Amy..I just stumbled onto your music a couple weeks ago through a fan video of Robert Pattinson on YouTube. Although the video was not memorable your song This Is The Life was. I liked it so much I found it on iTunes and got it. Then I actually heard it in a dollar store on the speakers. Yeah of all the weird places to hear this song I heard it in a dollar store in West Phoenix, Arizona. I think the people thought I was crazy because I was singing along! I liked it so much I actually found it on my mobil phone and got it a s a phone ring. It's funny how this song seems to be chasing me around. Good luck with your music. 	Derek	In spite of two US tours, an appearance on the Ellen D and Craig Ferguson show I still have trouble finding people who know who she is. She just made it on the internet jukebox here and I play her songs as often as I can. There must be a couple hundred videos on youtube of her. 	Domingo	I strongly suspect the songs had been already forming in Amy's mind for a while and "10 minutes" refers to the act of physically writing them down. This way it actually takes LESS than 10 minutes to write a postcard. 	RaulGH	Yes, it's definitely great that Amy is here with us :-) And with respect to this, I wonder if it would be possible to have a kind of Q&A section here, where we could ask Amy some questions, let's say once a month? For example, I would ask her how she manages to perform such wonderful versions of songs like "Hallelujah" or "Dancing in the dark"... Well, actually no wonder she captures the essence of that songs taking into account the huge talent she has shown when she has composed such an outstanding first album, but that's exactly what she has achieved with respect to Leonard Cohen and Springsteen's songs: she has captured their essence. She has shown what a great artist can achieve only with a guitar and an extraordinary talent. 	Derek	Her debut album was written during her teens and the songs show some of the frustration of being a teenager. Now that she is out of her teens and in somewhat of a comfort zone lifestyle wise, what is going on that will generate the passion that was in the debut album? I was in the Navy in my twenties and my eyes were wide open, taking in the world, that was NOT Indiana, where I grew up. Perhaps all the experience of Amy's touring will have enough food for many HREAT songs, she has no shortage of subject matter. 	Derek	I agree, the teens are full of frustrations and and dreams of the future, learning who you are. In the twenties you're finally turned onto the world and persue the dreams of the teens.
