They're going to roll out the propaganda machine to push this endeavor. Here is why you need to fight tooth and nail to prevent this. The ban on the word "nigger" is a pretext. It's a false cover of censorship under good causes. If you permit congress to ban the word "nigger, then soon every ugly, racist term in the book will be contraband. But that's not the problem. What IS the problem is that when once all racist terms are outlawed that they begin to outlaw other phrases which may or may not have anything to do with bigotry. Can you imagine if discussion of your personal religion was outlawed? What if discussion of your political ideology was outlawed? Well, this is where it starts. It's a chain reaction. The mention of certain books may become illegal. Writing on certain subjects may become illegal. Censorship at a devastating level doesn't just miraculously manifest itself overnight. It has to begin somewhere. It began with political correctivity. And now political correcticity is turning into out-right legislation. Remember: Freedom of speech doesn't protect the speech you approve of. It protects the speech you don't approve of. If you want to be an idiot, then that's your right - even if it's a racist idiot. Because without the freedom to be idiots, we also lack the freedom to be the geniuses on which our country depends for making progress. Everyone: we need unity on this issue. 		I'll definately have to purchase some jeans and shirts in the future, maybe some beanies too. Need to focus on moving as well as picking up a free drumset first. Shit's goin down with this apartment because the person I'm living with isn't liking the cost of having an apt on east ocean and junipero. That, and I might leave Fedex pretty soon due to all the aggravation. The clothing looks good.
