Whhhhaaattttttssssss up party people!? It's ya girl April here just giving you a little shout out/update from JADA land.
So as you may or may not know we just finished the 5th week of our radio promo tour for our single "American Cowboy"! This week was especially fun. :) So much went down!

First we hit up Pittsburgh and chilled with our boys Kobe and Flick at WBZW along with some other great people at the station. They were so great, they had an entire performance set up for us with cool stools, lighting, mics and not to mention a complete display of the pimpest sandwiches I've ever seen! We sang, did our Thaannnng and made some great friends! (I also grabbed Kobe's butt by accident when we were taking pictures...ooops haha)

Then......
Since it WAS Fat Tues and all (Mardi Gras), we couldn't just stay in could we? Nope. We had a great day with our new friends Scottro and Alex over at WKST (KISS). Scottro asked us all to be his late Valentine and presented each of us with an 8x10 photo of himself making a kissing face (haha). After a great dinner with the guys, later that night we went to a local club in Pittsburgh and partied it up a little bit. Since we had only gotten 2 hrs of sleep the previous night (had a 7am flight.....ehem) we only stayed out until about 12am then back to the hotel for some shut eye. Thanks for a great time you party animals!

Wednesday we headed to Columbus, Ohio and met up with the guys from WAKS- Bo and Kasper, and Action Jackson dropped in for our performance too. They must have heard about our earlier visits because they also had a setup with a bangin sound system ready when we got there! One of the Djs asked us to address his autographed Jada photo by writing the meanest thing we could ever think of saying. I fielded that one, but what I wrote is a secret. What happens in Ohio, stays in Ohio! Suffice it to say, he was scared. Oh yea, and one of the guys asked our Motown rep. if my hair was real or a wig! Ugh!- 100% real people! (Well not the color obviously...lol)

Next we hit up Michael (who's a HUGE Sox fan, wink wink) and Maxwell at WNCI 96.1 FM in Cleveland. Maxwell turned out to be more than just your average on air personality. That's right- on top of being downright awesomely fun, your boy can booty clap. To prove it we have it on video! Go to youtube, type in Maxwell Bootyclap. It's pretty impressive. He actually dropped our single the following night on his show "Maxwell's House". Of course we had to give props where due, so naturally we called in right after he played the song to give him a big thanks! My mom heard the whole interview (and "American Cowboy playing) and called me almost in tears telling me how proud she is of me! (Love you mommy!) Anyways, we were so impressed with Maxwell's dance moves that we invited him to come out to LA for our video shoot next weekend! Not to mention the gift he gave us as we left which totally sealed the deal. He presented us with a framed photo of himself at age four, sitting atop a shetland pony in full blown cowboy gear. The hat, the powder blue silk shirt with white fringe, the chaps and the boots, and best of all, the cutest proud grin you can imagine. A true American Cowboy if we've ever seen one!

Off to Kentucky the following day where we met with Ben and Kelly at WDJX. They brought something new to the table by quizzing us on-air in order to play our song. Some of the questions were pretty funny (who's your favorite Jonas? Our reply: ".....uh.....bonus Jonas?") They had a really cute intern named Jesse and we got to exchange stories about acting and NYC. It was a really fun visit and we hope if Kelly has a baby girl (she's a few months pregnant) that she names her JADA! Just sayin.

Last but not least, we stopped in to see Matt and Carlos at WZKF (KISS) FM. They were soooo funny and very sweet for showing us the proper way of pronouncing "Louisville" - It's like this: Loo-a-vul. haha. We were like "WHAT?" "We have to say it like that??" haha. Let's just say doing our on air spots was interesting that day! We got lunch with the guys and vandalized the white table cloth at the Italian restaurant by playing hangman and writing "Jada was here" haha. Such rebels I know! We headed straight to the airport after that and here we are now, back in Boston!

I have to shout out Todd and Bob! (Our Motown reps for the week.) They were so much fun and have been officially knighted into our JADA Ninja Squad!

What's next? Minneapolis tomorrow! Never been there, should be fun!
Stay posted!

Love,
-A (Pink Platinum Ninja)
