*To the average/regular females*:
This is what I've observed from the few females I have associated with in the past, some long term, others not so long.
-Competition:
Even when it's not supposed to be competitive females will turn it into a competition.
Your "Lil" Home Girls, so called Sister Friends...etc have a problem if you get more attention whether it's from boys, experiences, you know, just stuff. For some reason they feel the need to keep up or go beyond you in every possible situation.
I'm not a regular female.
I'm the Ultimate Young Lady.
An U.Y.L's(Ultimate Young Lady) doesn't have to compete because there is no competition. U.Y.L.'s understand that competing with your friends makes you come off as childish, jealous, super-fake, and basically an enemy.
EX.1: Frances and Maddie see a dude...They both meet him at the same time. He happens to like Maddie and she is diggin' him. Even though Frances doesn't like him, it bothers her that he "chose" Maddie. It makes Frances feel 2nd best. So she starts talking to him behind Maddie's back...all the while, he is not really into Frances, and she knows it, but she keeps pushing it.
Ok things like this make girls look DUMB!
You know the guy is probably not only talking about you to the girl but to his friends. So basically you're playing yourself.
Now a U.Y.L wouldn't do that -- EVER! She would let her friend have her shine. It's a zillion guys out there. She wouldn't even talk to him (except for small talk) What would be the point? He is with her friend so why would she need to have long intimate conversations with him? The U.Y.L. knows that constantly hitting him up would be highly inappropriate! Common sense… do unto others as you would have them do unto you… is a part of the U.Y.L.'s creed.
-Gossip:
Ahhhh... gossip...face it, people talk, and NOT just females.
BUT females appear to do it a lot more, and it spreads to too many, way too fast!
A group of guys sit around and talk, including dogging people out, about Kim and Tasha, blah, blah, blah, but by the end of the night how many people do you think will know? They play it smart. They know what to say to whom, when and how.
GIRLS...sit and talk, talk, talk, talk, about Brittany and how dumb she is for taking Donte back and he has been talking to Bre and everybody knows it...They all leave to go home and on the way Keisha calls Roxy to tell her everything that has been talked about, sometimes even adding her own spin. Then Roxy tells Gwen and now Gwen is talking to Brittany's sister so she tells her and now her sister is telling Brittany and Brittany is too mad on the scene, and has to call up the whole team. Now they are all mad and are all going to Lonestar Saturday night to look for Keisha and them. LOL
NO! That's too much! It's nothing wrong with conversating, or talking about somebody, but most likely, when females talk about each other behind their backs, it will never be said face to face!
As an U.Y.L. if I'm talking about somebody and they're not in my presence I've already told them or I will. No problem. Because whatever it is, it's obviously an issue that discussion might solve, but only if I let them know. It will never be solved if I am not talking to the person/s involved. An U.Y.L. wants to improve the situation not inflame it. We're like firefighters, we want to put fires out not start them.
Fighting:
One of the most pointless acts in the human experience, seriously.
Arguments are basically loud verbal expression. To get one person to understand and realize your point of view or whatever, right?
So if you just say meet up at the track at 10 and you guy's fight what did you just do besides beat them up or get beat up? NOTHING at all...they still didn't hear what you had to say and that was your point of yelling in the first place. Now they still don't know or understand what you wanted to say. Duh.
What does an U.Y.L do? Now I'm not saying we don't ever think about fighting...we do! I DO! Fo'sho! BUT we don't fight ...we have too many things at stake. 1. FACE, LOL and 2. When I talk I want you to listen!! So if I don't get my point across I'm not satisfied. I can get the team, but after it's all done I'm STILL GOING TO SAY WHAT I HAD TO SAY. LOL If you or I get beat up -- then what?? LOL... We're both gonna look super dumb. I'm saying don't be scary, be smart. Don't jeopardize your future for somebody who doesn't care about you. They might not care whether they jeopardize their future because they feel they don't have one. You, on the other hand, as an U.Y.L., not only have a future but a great future.
Nasty girls:
(Imagine Young Quez's Nasty Girl playing in background while you read this. LOL)
FREAKS, H*ES, SL**S etc... You know who I mean. THIS IS NOT CUTE AT ALL!
If you're one of those freak'd out girls, and you have a boyfriend, chances are he has another girlfriend, ha, ha. Easy girls are no fun. Period! No guy wants an easy freak forever or to show off to their family. These dudes DOG FEMALES OUT TO THE MAX! I know. I observe. My closet friends are dudes and they teach me a lot. Dudes like a challenge - the longer the wait the better it will be – for everyone. And U.Y.L's do not want to be associated with whores. Ick! Trust me, dudes won't respect you as much as they will respect an U.Y.L!!
Loyalty:
BAM!
Loyalty: the state or quality of being loyal; faithfulness to commitments or obligations.
If you make a commitment to someone make sure you stick to it. Ugh...that's one of the main reasons why I haven't completely stopped talking to a lot of people. I made a commitment to be their FRIEND, to always be there whenever they needed me, even when they are not there for me. I go over and beyond the call of duty to remain as loyal as the Lord will allow me. LOL And when I mess up I can admit it, I take responsibility for messing up and apologize. How many people do you think are loyal to me? On the daily, I'm lied to, talked about, played, etc. but I STILL hold up my end of the deal!
Ummm, this is all I can think of right now. I just had it on my mind. Just remember: Drama Sucks. LOL I had to get this off my chest. Wait up, if you're asking is there more...ahhhh…yep! I'll keep it coming.
