While most people use MySpace as means of socialization I consider it my office. I literally spend all my time here working. I sometimes procrastinate when it comes time to log on because it is such an all encompassing task.
A good (and intelligent) friend of mine once said, "The internet will be the downfall of civilization as we know it." This was in the days before the 56k modem. When only computer geeks even knew it existed. I couldn't fathom at the time how such a medium could do any damage. I didn't question it and he didn't elaborate. I realize now that the key point was "as we know it. " How many of you are happy with the way society operates?
In my spiritual mission to change the global consciousness I know exactly what to do every step of the way. All information pertaining to how I am to go about it came in visions. When I first started getting them they were pretty vague. I saw most of the big steps along the way but no details on how I was going to go about doing it. That was a little over a year ago. Every single event that I've seen in visions (or acid flash-backs lol) has come true. Within the last few months (and especially the last few days) all the details became crystal clear. I know every step necessary to completing this mission. At this point I know all too well what Edison meant by, "Genius is 1 percent inspiration and 99 percent perspiration."
When I first saw the bigger purpose to my incarnation on this silly planet I was beyond excited and eager to find out everything there was to know about it, and more importantly how I was going to fulfill it.
I was studying non-stop but it felt effortless. It was all so exciting it almost felt like a drug. Each new profound understanding and connective piece to the big puzzle literally gave me a rush. I was on a non-stop enlightenment binge, but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't deduct the exact details outside of the visions.
At first I tried to formulate my own plans on how I was going to go about it. Some were right but most weren't. After enough of my plans failed only to cause something better to happen I gave up. I realized it was like trying to plot a course down the rabbit hole. If a couple of my plans would have succeeded I would have wasted a tremendous amount of time. The resulting plan is more brilliant than I could have possibly conjured on my own. If I would have known all the details from the beginning it would have hindered many aspects of the bigger plan. It would have seemed way to overwhelming a task and I probably would have quit.
I've known since January that MySpace was an important part of the process but I didnt quite grasp the scope. It is the single most important aspect of the entire plan. Without this site it would be nearly impossible. What we have here is a medium of communication that the world has never seen before. Thoughts and ideas can spread throughout the community at an astounding rate.
There are over 73 million people on Tom's friend list. If even a third of that many people can think collectively and get behind an issue that's enough weight to get their voice heard on a grand social level. If each of those people has just two friends (outside of myspace) that think the same then we suddenly have three times the voice. That many people wouldn't have to be heard they could make anything happen on their own. About 120 million people voted in the 2004 elections. Do the math.
A Native American proverb says, "We do not inherit the land from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children." That is the reason for my mission and the generation I'm targeting. If we keep entrusting our fate to these fat, lobbyist fed bureaucrats on capital hill they are going to run us into the ground. Ironically it's not even the fault of any individual in office. We are all victim to a faulty system. We've simply forgot to upgrade for the times.
This system was put forth centuries ago. How many successful companies use the same management system established when they were founded? NONE! So why are we running our whole country that way?! Keep the politicians, but change the system so that it can't be corrupted so easily by money. The easiest way I can see with the current system is banning lobbying, give politicians raises and rewards for turning in lobbyists. However, to be honest I think the whole thing needs to be scrapped.
First of all we don't need that many people in office. We should give most of them a nice retirement plan and send them on their way. A governments job is to enact what the majority of the country wants. They spend countless tax dollars (supposedly) deciding what the people want. That worked centuries ago when news didn't travel fast and collecting peoples thoughts was more of a task. It was simply more feasible to elect someone who thought like a majority of voters. With the growth of our economy that system is now controlled by multi national companies (MNCs) not the people and not the politicians. They are all puppets pulled by the strings of money.
With internet and cellular technology we can collect millions upon millions of informed votes within hours. If we can get almost 40 million people to vote for the next American Idol we can certainly see how people stand on every issue that concerns our way of life with just as much ease.
Ever wonder why voting is the still the way it is despite our technological progress? We shouldn't even have to leave the house to put in our two cents. There should be issues that we can all vote on as a regular part of our weekly routine. The way the system is now almost ensures most of the younger generation won't vote. The people controlling our country are the ones who stand to gain or lose something monetarily by who is in office.
Plato listed the forms of government in order of effectiveness. At the bottom was democracy and at the top was aristocracy (as in Aristotle). A lot of you are skeptical I'm sure. You're thinking, "But wait we live in a democracy." That's the biggest blinding scam in history as far as Im concerned. Here's the irony, we already live in an aristocracy but we all think it's a democracy.
This is brilliantly effective for those in power, but enslaving for those that aren't. Essentially we all think that we have a say, so we feel content with our level of freedom. Meanwhile the rich get richer at the cost of our blood, sweat and tears. Millions isn't even rich by the standards Im speaking of. The wealthiest 10 percent own 80 percent of all wealth. That leaves 20 percent of wealth for the remaining 90 percent of the population. Somehow that doesn't seem quite fair.
In a true aristocracy everyone knows who has the money and the aristocrat's job is to make sure everyone is taken care of. They have to fulfill that duty because they are held accountable. When everyone thinks it's a democracy the powers that be can do whatever they want with their money and power.
The solution is simple. We need to flip it. Instead of a democracy that operates like an aristocracy, we need an aristocracy that runs like a democracy. The only things necessary for that to occur is a medium such as myspace and knowledge. When everyone realizes that we are run as an aristocracy we can then hold those in charge accountable.
The only critical factor is unity. We must collectively stand as one voice and ask for the same things at the same time and give an ultimatum if change doesn't occur. I'm a firm believer in non-violent protest. In a company if employees aren't treated fairly they strike. A country could do the same thing but it would take great numbers to pull it off. If the numbers necessary where to pull together it would never even come to that point. All of life is a numbers game. The governing parties would simply do the math and realize they're beat.
Our government rules by the motto divide and conquer. Between the illusion of democracy and capitalist economy we all compete against each other chasing the mighty dollar. We lock our doors, buy guns and fear our neighbors.
There is enough wealth in this world for every person to have an abundant and meaningful life minus the stress of survival. Think about how many people could live for the rest of their lives comfortably on what the obscenely wealthy squander on frivolous materialism.
The critical factor is this: we have an $8 trillion national debt (up 2.5 trillion since dubya took office). China owns most of the debt and could, at any point, inflect another depression on us at the drop of a dime (excuse the pun). Not that they would though (at this point). We are their cash cow for now, but you can bet when we've exhausted our usefulness it's more likely.
Do our leaders care? Cheney supposedly told the presidents economic team, "Deficits don't matter." He's right for him and people over 30. They'll all be dead when it comes time to pay up. Where does that leave the rest of us? Up shit creek without a paddle.
The time is now. We must take a stand for the future of our generation. We must dismantle the weapon of mass destruction that we call our government. The revolution has already begun and it's gaining momentum. It's happening right here under your very nose.
All we need is a voice that we can all stand behind. I am willing to be that voice. I'm willing not because I want to, but because I have the ability. Let us join together and make a difference.
With MySpace as our medium we don't even have to leave the house to make this happen. Any person that is willing to add their voice to this cause can take these five simple steps. 1 Join my group G.E.O.P.E.A.C.E. 2 Subscribe to my blog. 3 Post the G.E.O.P.E.A.C.E. banner on your profile (click here for instructions). 4 leave a short comment on this blog saying you support the movement. 5 Spread the word in any way you can think of.
Blog subscriptions and the banner are critical. With everyone unified in this fashion thoughts and ideas can be relayed throughout the collective almost instantaneously. When that is accomplished with enough people the job is done.
The question is, will you join me?
"Come along follow me as I lead through the darkness
As I provide just enough spark that we need to proceed
Carry on, give me hope, give me strength
Come with me and I won't steer you wrong
Put your faith and your trust as I guide us through the fog
To the light at the end of the tunnel
We gonna fight, we gonna charge, we gonna stomp, we gonna march
Through the swamp, we gonna mosh through the marsh
Take us right through the doors (c'mon)"
