	Raina	Dear Courtney, Everyone looses it sometimes, and just needs to vent! I understand from personal experience how that feels! I love the 24 hour rule because it works so well to keep us emotional people feeling sane. Instead of blogging when you need to vent, you are always welcome to contact me, even if it is just to vent. That's actually what I am trained and educated to do for people. Listen to them. My job was to help people sort out their feelings and enable them to make decisions that they wouldn't regret. I don't do private practice anymore, since I've been taking care of my children, but I am a trained Psychotherapist. Confidentiality is very important and will not be violated. I realize that you need confidentiality even more than most people. If Cherry Kookoo comes back, and you still need to vent, I'm usually shopping online at night, even late, so IM me or write a comment to me anytime Cherry KooKoo wants to vent or just talk. You can just talk to me casually, as I am not doing it again professionally until my kids are a little older. Don't worry , no diagnosis crap! Besides I try not to label people anyway.
