Hello Everyone,

I hope everyone is enjoying the summer and having a little fun! As for me I am working a lot but having some fun along the way. I am currently sitting on a flight from Minneapolis to LA. So I thought I would write to you all before I take my nap!

Why was I in Minneapolis? I did an event for Campheartland/ Oneheartland yesterday. I performed with ANT and Abigail Zsiga who were so much fun! ANT kept us laughing the entire weekend and I think Abigail is the sweetest person I've ever met! Unfortunately, it rained and not many people showed up but those who were there had a great time! I must say it was fun for me to see everyone enjoying the show in spite of the weather. I had a blast! Not to mention I love the charity.

After the event we went to the Gay 90's club and saw the drag show. One of the Drag Queens, Nina, was the MC for our event. She was great! (She dropped a four syllable curse word on one of the campers who wouldn't give her a hug!!!!). LOL! Oh Nina! Nina also performed at the club that night and guess what song she performed to? My version of "Band of Gold"! It was awesome. This is the second time that I have witnessed this. The first time was "8th World Wonder" in Nashville at the club PLAY. It's pretty cool experience from an artist's perspective. THANKS NINA!

I've been thinking a lot about how to connect with all of my fans in MySpace land. When I come to the site I get so overwhelmed by how much support I have out there and I want to show you my appreciation. I've been speaking with Scotty to try to figure this out. So, this is the first of many blog's and other things that I will start to post on the site. I will also begin to post pictures and videos from my shows and fan encounters! Now I am not like all of you pros out there. I am a little MySpace illiterate so bear with me until I learn the ropes! This is going to be so much fun!

I would also love to get some topics from you that we can all talk about and explore. So please tell me what you want to know and/or talk about. I am so open to hear from all of you.

I have a few exciting things coming up that you may be interested in. These are opportunities for you to see and hang out with me. So stay tuned!!!!

I want to thank everyone for there support with the new dance single! Another no.1 ...WOW! I was so excited when I got the news!

Hey I did not even know that u had posted another blog, until I was bored and looking around on your page. You should post a bulletin telling everyone when you have a update or new blog. If you did write one then im sorry I did not see it.

I am happy to hear that you are going to become more active with your myspace, we love to hear from you and find out whats going on in your life. How is the new manager hunt going I hope all is well.

Hope to see you around here sometime, every show u have had has been atleast a 6 hr drive or so from me so I have yet to ever see you in concert.

Hey Woman!!

Good to finally hear from you after so long!! But im happy your doing your thing and spreading the Locke joy wherever you roam. It was so funny to read that you watched someone performing your songs, I will NEVER forget the one time that I got asked to sing a song of yours for the crowd at the GSN thing you did a few years back, I just sang a few lines of 8th World Wonder while you were 10ft away and it was nervewracking but I was glad to do it. So now I just sing your songs at my Karaoke gigs LOL. I miss you dear.. Will probably see you in September for the Camp Heartland thing in Katonah, and I agree with Tyson.. COME to the WEBSITE more often as well!!

I think its great that you are really trying bond with your fans or with people who just admire you. As for the topics that u can talk about how about relationships, men, women, weight loss, faith in God, issues that are really close to your heart. Im sure you will come up with something.

I am soo looking forward to one of your remixes with a Caribbean flavor with either a Reggae or Soca beat. It would be huge hit and a way to further expand your music to the international market. I have great ideas and I look froward to sharing them with you!

It's really great to get actual "stories" from you and not just promos from your label. Although we need the promos, too. It if wasn't for that I wouldn't have known to go to Boston Pride to see your concert! It was soooooo awesome. You are so friendly and your voice is so rich. It's really cool to hear it in person and not just on records and TV. I was disappointed that the whole thing started late and I didn't get your autograph. :>( I even went during the rest of the show and asked if you were signing autographs and they told me that you would do it after you sang. Bummer. Guess I'll have to try harder next time - lol. At least I was in the front row for your singing - man oh man was it great!
