Hello everyone! What's going on out there.
I am currently at home visiting with my mom for a few days. I did a show in Memphis this weekend with Justin Guarini. We had a blast!!! A couple of my friends had birthdays this weekend and we celebrated on Beale Street at B.B. Kings. We were there last night and they have an amazing band. If you have never been to Beale street you should definitely go!
Election time is upon us and I encourage everyone to exercise their right no matter who you're voting for....JUST VOTE!!! I will be voting tomorrow. Getting in on the early action. How exciting!
I got a message on myspace asking me about Belmont University and funny enough I spent a great deal of time talking with some young guys in Memphis about Belmont. They too are considering going to college there. I have nothing bad to say about Belmont. For me, someone who had no desire to study music it was a great way for me to still network and be connected and participate on campus if I wanted to do so. They have excellent professors there as well as facilities. If you are considering going there then I highly recommend doing a tour. The campus has changed so much since I graduated in 2001. I am definitely a proud alumni. So check it out. Keep in mind too that it is a very competitive school, so if you are into that it's definitely the school for you. If you are like me and just wanted to get a good education but still be in the mix, it's a great school for that too.
