You can put ur friends list and comments in its own scrollbox by pasting this into you "Id Like to Meet" section:

This will also give you the ability to add comments at the top of the list instead of the bottom, and you can edit the width and length of the window by editing the: "height:""ur height .." px;width: "ur width .."px" section at the bottom.
