Which AVA song has the most meaning to you, and why?
Wow this is such a hard choice! I'd probably have to go with The Gift, probably because it was the first AVA song i heard. and every time i hear it, it makes me feel like the rest of the world doesn't exist.
What was your AVA concert experience like?
My first AVA concert was Feb. 24, 2008...
Wow.. i would do anything to go back! The moshpits were horrible! but i was able to get soo close to Tom. (who im in LOVE with!) and it was great to be with soo many people who were like me, becase i was like the only one who listened to AVA at my school. It was just such a great expeirence to see such beatiful music and be so close to the hot guys who made it!!
Tell us about your encounter with any one of the band members?
When I first met Tom at this summer's Warped Tour i was soooo nervous!
ahh is still get goose bumps just thinking about Tom's arm around me.
I remember he told me to sit on the table and when he pt his arm arond me... i was like "oh my god! oh my god!!"
What was the coolest thing about seeing AVA in concert?
Seeing Matt, Atom, David, and Tom playing their unbelievable music! And I love how they play bits of Blink songs, because I never got to see them in concert. =[
What's your favorite line or phrase from an AVA song?
The stars in the sky illuminate below, the light is the sign that love will guide you home.
If you could say anything to the guys right now, what would you say?
I fucking love you!!

How he's perverted in such a funny way! such a turn on!!

Who is your greatest musical influence and how do they affect you?
I'd have to say Tom for sure. Everytime i hear his music, or see something Tom related anywhere i get inspired to follow my dreams. It honestly makes me wish that time would speed up so i can see if my dreams came true.

Which AVA song has the most meaning to you, and why?
Do It For Me Now because it gives me the Chills every time i listen to it... It just relates a lot to relationships i've had with ppl in my life
Have you ever been to an AVA concert? What was it like?
-Well i've only been to two AVA concerts, but it was great... The first time, AVA only played fer about 45 minutes...
but My second AVA show was the best! i met the band that day.. During the show, you could feel the spiritual aura of all the AVA fans' hearts uniting just to pretty much listen to the message from AVA.. It was powerful... it was almost how Christians worship god in music, hands raised, singing at the top of their lungs, not caring whether they are hitting the right notes or not... its such a magical feeling...
Tell us about your encounter with any one of the band members?
-well i'm stuck between two.. In March, when i met the guys, my best experiences were with Tom and David... Tom, in the Meet & Greet, said "Lupi! I know you! from ModCams" and that totally felt great and he made an effort to talk to me, even if i was still in shock =P then David, while he was on stage, i kept communicating with him, which makes me giggle.. First i said "HI DAVID!!" and he looked at me, smiled & waved =P then I told him I loved him and he smiled and said thnx and i did a heart at him and he blew a kiss :D
If you could spend the day with the AVA guys, what would you want to do?
-I would want to go to the Beach with David so he could teach me how to surf :D and then go to DisneyLand or something, cuz i would want to see his reaction to big rides :D
What was the coolest thing about seeing AVA in concert?
- They have a spiritual vibe when they get on stage everyone just focuses their soul on the music.
What's your favorite line or phrase from an AVA song?
"Did You know? That I love you." because sometimes i just need to know that someone loves me... Breathe has gotten me through hard times...
If you could say anything to the guys right now, what would you say?
-"I love you guys... David & Atom, don't let anyone else get a Piggy Back ride! That's OUR special thing. see you in 18 days!"
What is your favorite thing about___?
-ATOM.... my favorite thing about him is that he always does something when he's online to acknowledge my presence.. he always talks to me or at least says "LLT" which indicates me... and i love it cuz he's the only person on ModBlast that calls me LLT :D
What are some of your hobbies?
-Being on MB, Worshiping AVA, going out with Friends, Swimming, Singing & Playing violin :D
Who is your greatest musical influence and how do they affect you?
-Well of Course AVA is! They all show how you can go on for so long loving to play an instrument. So much drive to perform just to change people's lives... They affect me because they keep me motivated to play my violin and to keep singing... Because maybe one day i will be great enough to change people's lives in positive ways.
Your house is on fire. You have just enough time to run in there and grab ONE inanimate object. Don't worry...your loved ones and pets have already made it out safely. So what do you save?
- I would save my two AVA booklets that are signed by the guys because they are framed together :D

-ModBlast of course! haha I'm actually currently on there =P

- My Myspace headline is Tom saying "Lupi You are beautiful"
What do you love most on myspace?
- I get to talk to friends and i get to talk to ModBlast members that either have not gone premium yet, or that used to have premium but had to cancel it.. also that i get to convince AVA fans to sign up for MB by talking them into it on MySpace :D
What's your favorite smell?
-"Love Spell" spray from Victoria's Secret
What's the furthest trip you've ever taken to see a concert?
- I would have to say to San Francisco which is only like 2 1/2 hrs away...
Who is your favorite rock star and why?
- well i have 4, Atom, David, Matt, & Tom... because they have changed my life. and because i just love them so much!
What do you love most about Atom?
- That he always acknowledges me.. Im very thankful for Atom. Because he is always up for talking to anyone. He seriously does his best to talk to everyone on MB :D so if you see Atom on, say hello to him he'll probably say it back =]
What do you love most about Matt?
-Matt is my ModDaddy and he's hilarious! I wish he was on more often, but when he is on, all the ModBlasters get a few laughs :D
What do you love most about Tom?
- I love that Tom remembered me at the Meet & Greet :D... and, i might piss a few ppl off by saying this, but i also love him because he got out of blink and created This band that is Revolutionizing the way the music industry is going! I mean, i loved blink.. But AVA has changed my life so much..
What do you love most about David?
- I love that David usually talks to me when he's on ModBlast. and I love his big, round, beautiful eyes. Also i loved communicating with him from the crowd to the Stage at my most recent AVA concert =P

Q: If you could spend the day with the AVA guys, what would you want to do?
A: ~I've really wanted to learn how to play bass, guitar, or drums, so it would be really awesome if they could teach me the basics, give me pointers, etc.
Q: What's your favorite line or phrase from an AVA song?
A: ~Probably the line "I can do anything if you want me here" from A Little's Enough, because it makes me feel as if I really could do anything for someone as long as they believed I could.

A: ~A coat ;-), however if I'm already wearing one, then I would say my iPod.

Q: If you could spend the day with the AVA guys, what would you want to do?
A: I would want to sit in a recording studio and just talk music with them, watch them record their music, and record music with them.

A: I swear I'll melt if you touch me at all, But then I'll ask you to do it again, and again.

A: I would save my lap top because it has all my music and photos on it.
Q: Where is the furthest place you ever traveled and how far is it from you?
A: The furthest place I have traveled is when I went to Scotland for the World Pipe Band Championships. That is a thirteen hour flight away from me.

Q. Which AVA song has the most meaning to you, and why?
Ouch! that's a hard one but id probably have to say Distraction because i like how it builds up and the lyrics kick in its so cool. Like all of wdntw the songs are uplifting and inspiring and make you feel like you can fly but this song does it the most for me :D

he's my greatest influence because he's been my hero since i started listening to blink
and I picked up guitar because of him
but lately he's more of a hero I prefer tom now he's grown up a bit

Band in the spotlight is My Hero

Four young musicians from Saarlouis, Germany, with varying band experiences, dabble in creating their own sound. What comes out? A melting pot of alternative rock charged with emotions, three voices, two guitars, one bass, drums and a hell lotta ease. They make the splits between fuzz-toned guitar walls and coltish, melodic ear candy.
What instrument do you play and at what age did you begin playing?
Antonino: I am the main vocalist and one of the guitar players of the band. I started playing guitar at the age sixteen.The first time I sang in a band was when my brother left my first band. Peter is the other guitarist and also sings some background stuff. He also plays the piano in some songs. He started playing piano as a child. Cornelius already started playing the drums when he was in his mother's womb. Just kidding. He is one of the best drummers I've ever met.
Daniel: I play the bass guitar, and that's the reason why our sound has got so much balls. I played guitar for six years, but the band was searching for a bass player.
What inspired your band name?
Antonino: I started the band as a FooFighters-Bush-Blink182-cover-band. We had only one own song. The first song I've ever played with my band was "My Hero" by the Foo Fighters. I love that song and decided to take that as band name.
What artist inspires you the most?
Daniel: Johnny Cash. He never gave a fuck about people telling him things he didn't like. He was real as a person and as a musician. But there are so many other artists. I can't list all of them.
Antonino: As you can imagine: the Foo Fighters. But also Taking Back Sunday, Motion City Soundtrack, Oasis and German bands like Tomte.
What is your favorite AVA song and why?
Daniel: My favourite Song is "Rite of Spring." This song is one of the best songs I've ever heard, because it's more than a rock song. I heard that song and I thought: oh my God, the first part of this song is so fuckin me...let the other part come true! Sometimes it gives me the power to keep on doing the right things!
