I've had a lot of questions about the usage of the photos I post here. Here are the answers:

If I photographed you or your band and posted those photos here publicly, you can use them here on your profile. Same goes for photos you find of yourself in - at a show, party or etc.

My Only Rules:

1 - As long as those photos aren't altered in any way, you can use them. In other words, no cropping or manipulation of any sort. That way my contact and copyright info is already on them, making it easier for people to find me.

2 - If you want to share a photo in a comment or email with a friend PLEASE include a link with it to the original blog where you found it.

3 - If you'd like to use any of my photos outside MySpace please contact me first. If I find you using any of my photos without my permission I will take legal action against you.

If you would like to use photos here on a new music release, promotion, or publication please contact me to discuss the details. Photos here are MUCH lower resolution that the raw versions.
