Please take a minute to check out a new fact-check video we're releasing today to correct the record on Senator McCain's latest false attack ad, "Painful."

Numerous independent organizations have found McCain's claims on taxes to be "false," "misleading" and to represent a "pattern of deceit." In the video, our Deputy Director of Economic Policy, Brian Deese, walks viewers through the ad's laundry list of lies, and provides the truth about Barack Obama's plan to give 95 percent of American families a $1,000 tax cut, eliminate income taxes for seniors making less than $50,000, cut capital gains taxes for small businesses to zero percent-and to ensure that no one making less than $250,000 pays a dime more in taxes.

Not today, not this time. There is no third party candidate that has a clue about the severe problems facing this country. Not retread pitiful Nader, not Barr, and certainly not McKinney.

McCain is a lying neocon; we've had 8 years of lies already.

Obama is the only one who has the judgment to lead America from the abyss we've been in.

I disagree about McKinney. At least she has the guts to push for impeachment. Why doesn't Obama do the same? He's a constitutional attorney. So ignorance of the Constitution is no excuse.

Nobody should listen to attack videos anyways. You can get way more reliable information about the candidates from better sources than their opponent.

Please, all who read this. Get out and vote in Nov, it takes more than us loging on to myspace and looking at a clip from youtube. It will take us all; young and old to go out and vote for mr. Obama.

To the youth. Let show the world that a movment that is bigger than that of the 1960's is going on and the change we see is the change that will take place.

McCain HAS nothing else to promote!

1. He's own policies are BUSH'S revisited.. THAT won't sell or get him votes!

2.
He has no personality, so he has to attack Barack for having one (ie: the 'celebrity ad')

3. He has to CRASH other events just to ensure himself an audience larger than a diner...(ie: the Bikers Ball up at Sturgess)

He is old, obviously senile, and whoever his campaign mgr is THIS WEEK is... is obviously a leftover from Bush's last run...

OBAMA 08! YES WE CAN!

McCain is in the pocket of big business and big oil. He is a republican. They spend now, wait for a democrat to get elected (if they don't hijack it), and then blame a democrat for raising taxes. And lets blame the liberal media, too.

I hope Senator Obama tells the American people the same facts as Mr. Deese in this video.

YOU can bet your bottom dollar-I will NOT be voting for McCain, he is just the image of BUSI am mad as hell, that BUSH got "ELECTED" in the first place-what the hell ever happened to THE PEOPLE"S vote- I could care LESS about the Electoral Votes-why the hell do we vote anyway,if in fact-they do NOT even BOTHER with the people's VOTE, i was voting for Hilary to begin with, and THAT got wiped out-but, since the choice is over McCain vs Obama-I will take Obama anyday- WE DO NOT NEED another Bush in the White House, and,HE plans on following in Bush's footsteps- Leave Iraq ALONE,let's get the Hell home and worry about our own Damn Country.
Bush is PROBABLY "TELLING" McCAIN what the Hell to say, they each are a Republican, and do NOT have a BRAIN to use-except for their own gain

Hi Mary,
Just a little FYI: I've been an Obama supporter from the beginning, and have been a registered Democrat since I was old enough to vote.
I celebrated my 60th birthday
July 9th...I'm a wife, a Mom, a grandmother and a great-grandmother AND if I must
say so, I look pretty damn good for my age! Please don't give up your most precious
freedom, which is the right to vote...I know the system is flawed, and this administration
has produced more liars, and wrong-doers ever before in the history of this country; but
ALL of us, the young and not so young have to turn out in November to make sure no
Republican will sit in the Oval Office.
Too many people have lost their lives for the right
to vote...men, women and children were shot, hung, and blown up during the voter registration drives in Alabama and Mississippi during the 60's.
Let me also encourage you
to spread the message to your family, friends, classmates or co-workers.
This is about more
than voting for an African American...this is about electing a President who has the best interest of the people at heart; not someone who only wants to promote war, and who
fully intends to make Corporate America even richer.
We need everyone to do their part
to make this country the best it can be...we need to come together across racial, class, and
political lines.
Together we can change how Washington operates, and give this country
back to the people!

Listen, save your energy, forget about J. Mac & his absurd, overzealous plans. He is really no threat to you or your campaign... At least as far as the American People are concerned. He's finished!!! He's just protocol... What i'd like to see is your campaign advisors focus on is a thorough running mate. Because, the reality is, it's no way u can get this country out of this Republician mess we're in within 4 years. You need someone who's going to implement & follow your plans through Congress, Senate & the General Assembly after your 8 years in office. Because that's what you're going to need to deliver this country from default & set the future up nicely...

Make it happen!!!

I think the key thing in this blog is that everyone learns how to SPELL! How do you expect people to take you seriously if you can't even express yourself accurately?
Secondly, it is SO crucial that Obama finds himself a running mate that will implement his great plans, and Hillary would do that, as much as you may dislike her. But if Obama does not choose Hillary, let's hope he at least chooses someone with good common sense that doesn't continue to "strangle the life" out of our country, or make us the laughing stock of the world.

Please vote this upcoming election! Help us make our dreams for a better country a reality!
