Janice Combs Music Publishing's Makeba & Younglord honored at BMI 2007 Urban Awards in Las Vegas
On September 7, 2007 in Las Vegas, NV----BMI hosted their annual Urban Awards show. Janice Combs Publishing's own writer Makeba Riddick received an award for Beyonce's smash hit single "Deja Vu" as did Richard "Younglord" Frierson for Diddy's hit single "Come To Me". Janice Combs Music Publishing also won awards for "Deja vu" and "Come To Me".
