	Frank	As am aside, folks—those of us who live near New York City got to see lots of news coverage of the Pinkitude race in Central Park that Emmy mentioned earlier. Apparently it was a rousing success with tons and tons of people participating—including lots of celebrities. I never got to see Emmy in the news shows I watched, but it was obvious many celebrities took time to get involved. At a time when so many of the famous and talented seem to be going out of their way to be as self-absorbed and gross as possible, it was heartening to see the ones who want to use their status to contribute to the betterment of humanity. I think “thanks” are in order—and what better way to do that than to reach into your pocket and send a few bucks in the direction of cancer research.
