Heyyy i think its pretty freakin sweet. its more simple..retro/and popish i think cause of the colors...my opinion of course :-p lol. but hey i paint like on my shirts..i know its odd..but im one of those people that when they get something new they gotta wear it...so like when i paint something real cool i like to show it...but i like the chair idea its real cool. :)
 

You know, I got the stool for free at a garage sale - I needed something on the right side of my lounge chair on my porch to sit my drink on - had two tables on the left but wanted just a small one for my drink cause I'm right handed. I got a bug up my butt one day when I had leftover paint from one of my painted sculptures I do for art shows and I painted it (and my bird Petey flew into the palette and got covered from beak to tip of tail in a rainbow of acrylic paint! I think I blogged that on Yahoo 360.

I've always wanted to do painted furniture for the shows but frankly it's too much work for what people will pay so I do things for myself occasionally. I really want a pair of those retro metal chairs from the 50s so I can do a graffiti thing on them!
