So...now that I have realized that the economy is hitting all of us (myself included, as job opportunities seem a wee bit slim), I'm saying, "hey, if I can't get better at not spending, I can get better at saving money." (my mother insists its still spending, but it's just "spending better."

So...a few hours of research, a printer with plenty of paper, and some willingness to put in my information to a site or two has led me to some good sites that hopefully some of my friends will find helpful also.

My big tip is set up an email address (i.e. yahoo) specifically for your coupon junk mail, as you will get a lot of it.

You pick all the items you want and instead of bringing in physical coupons, the items are automatically deducted at checkout. Print out the reference list tho so you make syre to buy the right stuff.

A lot of times if you just google the item you want and then type in "coupon" you can find a coupon for it.

Most of the online store codes are valid and easy. So the moral of the story is, don't buy anything from an online store until you've at *least* found a coupon for free shipping.
