Wholly shit, I thought I was losing my mind! I was watching the slide and didn't read the comments yet! I knew the pix looked familiar!!!
All fixed. Thanks!!
Does anyone have a copy of "Summertime"? I remember the first time i heard it. My friends thought it was a new Van Halen tune. I miss the old scene. I hope all who were a part of it( players, listeners, club workers,FANS) are all doing well.
peace andy B.
Hey Andy, I do have a copy of the demo with "Summertime" on it. I will have to convert it to MP3 for Download but I think I can manage that. I am actually looking to get my hands on the demo with "Kill4you" and "Thunder Run" myself. If you know where I can find them to DL or can score a copy of the demo itself, please let me know. If you want, Please feel free to add me and I will work on getting that song for ya. Rock on
Hey there,
I have some Bang live shows on cassette from the Channel. I was Tommi's drum tech for 3 years, then later with Spread Eagle too. I have "Thunder Run" and "Kill for You" as well as some others.
Does anyone have their stuff to download? Would love to get "Fire It Up" or "Suite 16"... and the WBCN summertime rotation classic "Summertime".... or anything I can get my hands on... What an awesome band back then!!!!
Hey Jim,
As I posted above, I do have a copy of the demo with "Fire It Up" "Suite 16" and "Summertime" on it. I will have to convert it to MP3 for Download but I think I can swing that. It seems there are enough people out here looking for it.

I'd love to get my hands on some of those old Beat magazines, I never saved my articles! All of 16 yrs old, David G had us "earn our keep" by writing, proofreading and editing the club listings. In exchange, we had free reign of Bunratty's. That's a big world for juniors in high school!
We'd sneak off to Boston most nights, to Narcissus, Bun's and 102 Chester, cruising back into Amesbury just in time for homeroom. The fingerless gloves, spandex and Aquanet didn't go over too well. It was the year before "stirrup leggings" went mainstream, and I'd get sent home every day to "put some pants on".
Oh, the good old days.
