I've been asked a few questions regarding the guitar parts, so here is an overview:

HERE. I'm highlighting a few important parts of the riff by breaking it down into three examples: Example 1 shows the main riff being played, and emphasizes the importance of the picking hand.
Example 2 is what I like to call a transitional riff. It happens right before Sean Z's vocals come in and throughout the rest of the verse.
Example 3 is easier if learned seprately from 2.
The most important thing to notice in these riff examples is the relationship between the left and right hand. In general, the hammer on's, pull off's, and slides are allowing the right hand more freedom which creates more of a flowing sound. A lot of the more "arpeggiated" guitar riffs in Daath work this same way.
