	Goober	agreed. There really isn't much similarity in the entirety. The beginning riff is played in a different key, has different chords, and has quite a few changeups. Don't bother trying to press charges because it really won't get you much. Just move on with your life and get over it. 	Pam	Thank you guys for posting this link, you can tell within the first few seconds that your beats are playing. I did listen to both songs again to look at them both objectively and it sounds to me like she is singing louder than she needs to in order to cover it up in the chorus. I can't say that is true for sure but in my opinion from years in choir I don't think she needed to sing that loud where it feels more like shouting than singing. I think you guys should post bulletins to check out this link in your blog. It's unfortunate that people copy the same beats but even looking back at Vanilla Ice and Queen it's the principle of the matter, even though only one or two beats are different it is still to similar to put out there and call it your own. I love that scotty doesnt know song, it's funny, it a good drunk sing out loud song, but it's nothing huge. I'm pretty sure lustra either doesnt care, or gave permission. Different songs always have similar or exact same riffs. TLC worked with dogchild and a few motnhs later dogchild worked with spice girls, and they have songs that have the exact same beginnings, because the music was Dogchilds property and was allowed to let more then one group use it.
