I have a very important announcement to make...
I've been home from tour for about a month, the longest I've been home without obligations all year. It's been a long and eventful year. I released my EP, I toured to promote it, I had a music video debut on Fuse, I recorded, produced, and mixed a full length record with some amazingly talented people, recorded enough new demos for an entire other record, etc etc etc. It's a busy life I've chosen to lead, and I couldn't be anymore excited about the fact that next year, when my debut full length comes out, I'll be twice as busy than I have been these past months. It's been wonderful to be home over the holidays and spend time with my family, especially my mom and sister who I haven't been able to spend time with in quite a while. Also, Madi and I are happily back together.
I've asked for your time here to make a very important announcement. On January 6th, 2008, at around noon, I will be starting to build the Ultimate Collector's Edition Millennium Falcon LEGO Set (10179). I know what you're thinking, "LEGOS???". Well this isn't just any LEGO set ladies and gentlemen. This is the biggest LEGO set that LEGO has ever released. It contains a disgusting 5195 pieces, takes over 30 hours to build, and I am going to conquer it.
I'm thinking about a way to film it to document the experience, so we'll see about that. Mark the date: January 6th, 2008, noon. Conquerage will be occuring. Good day.
