Fresh off their 2008/2009 PASL home opener victory of 18-1 over expansion team Fuerza Latina on Saturday December 13th. The Kings travel to St. Louis to face Piasa FC Saturday December 20th @ 8:30pm. 

Piasa is coming off of a tough 7-5 road loss to the other expansion franchise, Springfield Demize (MO).

The Springfield Spirits (IL) where in action last week, as they pulled off the first PASL Premier team victory over a PASL Pro team.  The Spirits beat Detroit Waza Flo Pro 4-2 in Springfield.  Also, the St. Louis Illusion Reserves (Swanner United) beat the Waza Reserves 6-4 on December the 12th in St. Louis.

Springfield and KC hook up on January 3rd in Kansas City, in what is sure to be a showcase of two of the better PASL Premier teams.  The Kings and Spirits split their regular season matches with both teams winning at home.  The Kings barely beat the Spirits in the Midwest Divison Championship in front of a pack Crowd at the Soccer Dome.
