Category: News and Politics

I've been meaning to post this blog for awhile now. Since he's clinched enough delegates to be the Democratic nominee AND upon reading that Barack Obama's midiclorian count is very high, I give you...

A few weeks ago, I got to be a part of the largest crowd that has ever assembled for a political rally in Florida.

And I had the best seat in the house.

Look carfully and you'll see me in the center of the front row...

You can't really see it, but since I was going to promote Red Moon later on that day at a comic convention, I thought this shirt was appropriate to wear...

So here's my view from that spot when I turned around...

And here's some shots from my vantage point...

I feel like I was a part of history by being at this rally. And with today's headlines of Barack Obama being the Democratic nominee, I feel like I'm a part of history today.

Thanks for these great shots. I volunteered alot for Barack here in PA, and I saw him in person twice. One time, a group of us even got to meet him before he took the stage. He is an amazing man.

BTW, I saw your link on the ObamaBlog, and I'm sending you a friend request. Any supporter of Barack is a friends of mine!

Sweet! That's awesome you got to meet him!

After the rally, he came around and shook hands. I got to speak to him for all of 5 seconds, but at least I can say I've met him.

Keep up the good fight in PA! We'll do the same down here in FL. :)

Very nice Steve! I love the pics! I was very happy for Barack. I am not an American but I rejoice just the same and have been since I first heard him speak, I think back in February and I have been an Obamamaniac ever since!

Thank you Andrea! :)

It's important that Obama not only will be recognized as a great leader here at home, but also as someone the International community respects as well.

Yeah. But will you be a part of history tomorrow?

Definitely a momentous occasion. I'm coming home in July to witness all of this first hand.

Is he for or against RFID's?

Nice photos by the way.
