Thanks for all your comments. So many people I run into seem to feel that TNA is really coming along. I really could not be happier there. I see so much potential for big things, and am glad to be in the middle of it.

I brought my family to Florida for the last PPV and Impact shows. Mickey said his favorite person there was "Germy", better known to most of us as Jeremy Borash or J.B. "Germy", you see, gave Mickey an avenue to showcase his unique musical skills. Stay tuned to TNA's "Spin Cycle" to see the Foley's welcome in the Holiday Season.

I returned home from the West African country of Sierra Leone ten days ago, and have to say it was one of the best experiences of my life; maybe the best. Sierra Leone, one of the poorest nations on earth, might seem an unlikely place to find hope and joy in the eyes of children, but I saw so much of it during my stay there.

I was sad to hear of the passing of veteran wrestler S.D. Jones. I met S.D. way back in 1987, and he was always a kind, affable guy. I was on many overseas tours and indies with S.D, and developed a special bond with him during one particular  show in Maryland in 1990.S.D. came back from his match raving about a beautiful woman in the crowd. As he described this beautiful woman for the benefit of the boys, it became more obvious to me that he was talking about my girlfriend- now my wife.

I'm not going to be able to do this story justice, as our timer rang five minutes ago, and my son, Hughie, has proceeded to remind me many times that I promised to make jack-o-lanters tonight. Yes, we are still celebrating Halloween , even as we start celebrating Christmas. But over the years, S.D. and I shared many a laugh over that 1990 incident.

I will be appearing at Frank & Son's Collectibles in City of Industry, California on November 29th, form 11-2. I hope to see some of you there.

Also, I hope to be selling a few of my best career items on e-bay over the next week, with ALL of the proceeds going to charity. So look for the original Cactus Jack outfit and the original Dude Love outfit coming your way soon!

i got to meet sd jones in 1982. the wwf did house shows at pease afb in portsmouth nh, where my dad was stationed. and as the son of the director of recreation, i got to go hang out in the locker room sometimes. i was 10 years old and a HUGE ivan putski fan. i took all the money i had in the world and bought and 8x10 of putski with the intention of getting him to sign it after his match with jimmy snuka(which putski won). during the match, i happened to see sd jones standing in a doorway watching the match. wanting his autograph, i ran up to him and asked him for his autograph. i handed him a marker and the 8x10 of putski and said "here, you can sign the back of this". to a 10 year old, that didn't seem insulting. sd was a good sport about it, laughed and signed the back of putski's photo and gave me a little jab on the shoulder.

It's great to see that you are happy with TNA. TNA is getting better every week. By the way, you should have one blog with nothing but Al Snow jokes. It is the Christmas season after all!

I'm glad everything is going well for you and you are happy with TNA!

I was sad to hear of the passing of SD Jones too. When I was 11 I saw him wrestle in house shows at the Ridgewood Grove Arena. I could have gone backstage to meet all the wrestlers cause my father knew the owner of the building but I was too shy. I did get to sit in the front row everytime that I went to a show.

Have fun with your son, Hughie, making jack-o-lanterns!

Hey Mick, glad to see things are going well over there on TNA. Hope they do good because competition between two promotions is always a good thing for wrestling.

Your charitable work is awesome, nobody can ever accuse you of not giving back.

That S.D. Jones story is priceless!!! lol!!! ... R.I.P. S.D. Jones

Mick, could we possibly see you wrestle again in the future. I like the role you are doing right now but feel you could do so much more for TNA while working a program with many of TNA's future stars (Joe, AJ, Abyss, etc.).

HAVE A NICE DAY!

Rock on Mick Foley! Glad to hear things are going well in TNA. It's so nice that someone is giving McMahon a run for his money!! Now if TNA will just get Marty "Cham Pain" Garner on the roster, all will be right with the world.

P.S. What's wrong with continuing to celebrate Halloween? Personally I think it would be fun to celebrate it 365 days a year.

Hey Mick,

Nice to see you in TNA!!! I think the first time I saw you wrestle live was at Wrestle War '90 - The Wild Thing in Greensboro, NC. I you wrestle at least a few matches while you are in TNA.

Things seem to be picking up with TNA. That is great. Hopefully some true competition for WWE will make both companies better. One can only hope because today's wrestling has been pretty unwatchable. At least WWE's lately.

So, out of curiosity, if you are going to be in City of Industry the 29th, would it be safe to assume there will be some roller coasters hit around that time also?

Say it isn't so. Mick. Your selling the Cactus Jack and Dude Love outfits. Wish I could afford one of them. Lol So you and Jeff will be teaming up with AJ and Joe? Yep your helping TNA tremendously. I should have come down to Corinth when ya'll were there. I will be bringing Devin and Lexus to one of your events (Devin and Lexus Munsey).

Wrestling the Good and Bad

Hey Mick, the WWE is really taking a turn for the worst, their practically taking blood away and making the divas dress more appropriately please DONT let TNA do that.

This is Pro Wrestling and its not supposed to be politically correct.

Politically Correct + Pro Wresltling = Low Ratings and eventual failure.

Hey Mick! I'm glad that you're having a hell of a time in TNA. I think that you made the best decision in your career in joining the crew there because you have that Terry Funk mentality.

What do I mean? Look back on how Paul Heyman described Terry Funk in ECW. Remember how he said that Terry would come in and say "I can make that guy! I can make that guy, too!" You come to TNA and say "I can make this company!" And I think your new on-screen role is turning more and more people on. Of course, it's like Bizzaro World hearing you give the new guys that Foley rub that started with Mikey Whipreck back in the day.
