Who Gives Kudos:

Monday, April 28, 2008

Yes, I stayed up until 2:30am watching episodes of the Discovery Channel 15-Week Body Challenge!  Yes, I went online at 2am and printed out the 88 calorie brownie recipe...only 1 gram of fat people!  I watched twins Fiona and Vanessa belly dance their way to slimmer bodies.  I was rooting for them all the way.  No!  Don't eat the chicken wings!  Vanessa, tell your boyfriend to stop bringing home pizza!  I'm seriously hooked.  I've decided to hike every day this week.  And, this morning I had green tea instead of coffee.  Thank you Discovery Channel!

This week we have another brand new episode of The Office..."Did I Stutter".  This is the one where you learn a little secret about Pam.  It isn't anything major but she gets teased relentlessly at work because of it.  You also learn a little more about Jim and Pam's relationship outside of work.

I'm not sure if many of you know this but Creed is a famous musician in real life.  He was part of a group called The Grassroots and they played with Jimi Hendrix and Janice Joplin.  He has the best stories.  CRAZY stories.  Anyway, Creed just finished his new solo album and if you are interested you can get it through this website:

http://cdbaby.com/cd/bratton4

Creed is such a great guy...he plays guitar on set and even wrote a lullaby with Ed Helms for Angela's baby...I think you will see that pop up soon on the Adventures with Angela site at nbc.com.

I gotta run...literally.  Discovery Channel has me pumped!

I loved Baby Mama!  (Just had to throw that in.)

I'm going to have to rent a CD on the series. I still don't have cable. I've heard nothing but good things about the show.
In the meantime if you get bored and want to read something come visit my blogs. I have everything. My next one is what not to do in a relationship. I have a lot of experience in that department. Anyway give me a holler. I'm not all that busy and love talking and writing. It's something to do. And don't ask me about diets.

ALL of the new episode have been amazing. Especially the one where Jim almost proposed to Pam. My husband & I were fooled for a second, then realized that it was just a trick. But my heart skipped a beat when I was watching... (sigh) Oh well, someday!

Useless Fact: Did you know that an apple has more vitamins in it and will wake you up (literally) faster than a cup of coffee would?

Yup.

BABY MAMA was the best..........I never laughed like that in a long long time.

I think it's really sweet about the lullaby. How adorable. Thanks for the music share Jenna!

Have a good week!

I saw Baby Mama three times this weekend, I needed a lot of cheering up (my dad got diagnosed with cancer so I'm totally out of it :( Also apparently i am sharing my life with strangers...sorry), it was very funny! I love Tina and Amy, but I always love the cameos so much to, Fred, Will, and the birthing coach slayed me!! Also the AI Video game part and the PAM spray part, classics!! Can't wait for the new episode, but am sad it's already coming to an end again. Have a nice run!

Try No Pudge Fat Free Fudge Brownies! They are in with the brownie mixes in grocery stores, or available to buy online. I just discovered them this weekend. I am on Weight Watchers (I've lost 7.4 lbs in 4 weeks!) and I LOVE brownies, and these are only 2 points each! 120 calories, 0 fat!

Can't wait for more Jim & Pam! I squealed with delight when Jim showed the ring!

Also, drop the soda if/when you can. I used to have up to six sodas a day. Now I have no more than one and usually none. I've replaced them with fruit juices, lemonade and/or vitamin water (and vitamin-water generic from Cotsco, etc.) I've lost five to seven pounds and have kept them off for several months now.
