What a weekend for sports! I’m not sure there is anything more awesome than spending a lazy Sunday watching Cowboys football followed by the Dodgers in a playoffs game. Unfortunately, the Cowboys didn’t win on Sunday. That game was insane! And, now, Tony Romo has broken his pinky finger and won’t be playing for another month! My Sundays won’t be the same without Romo. The Dodgers pulled off a victory last night and I’ll be there cheering them on tonight. Go Dodgers!
In other news, I went to Bed, Bath, and Beyond this weekend. I bought a tomato saver.

Supposedly you put your cut tomato in the plastic saver and it stays fresh in your fridge longer than if you wrap it up. I’m usually putting my tomato halves in a ziplock bag. The saver seemed less wasteful. And, it’s totally cute! I haven’t tried it yet. Do any of you have it? Does it really work? They have one for onions too. Today I’m going find a reason to buy a tomato just to use the saver! I’ll keep you posted.

A lot of you have asked why I wasn’t on the show last week. (Except for the phone call at the beginning.) I wasn’t off making a movie as many of you assumed. This is just how the plot is going right now. Pam is off at Art School. She’ll be around here and there as the plot dictates. There is some neat stuff coming up but I don’t want to say too much.

Speaking of movies, I will be starring in a new movie called Solitary Man with Michael Douglas and Susan Saradon. It shoots in New York in November during our hiatus. I’m beyond excited. I love New York! I’ve always wanted to do a movie there. It is one of the cool things about acting – seeing different places and experiencing different cities and it is all part of my job! It’s a great film – more of a drama. I’m flying my Mom out during the shoot. She’s flipping out!

My assistant, Keely, is going through all of your questions from my last blog. She’s making a list for me. I have some desk scenes this week so I’ll hopefully post an answer blog soon!

Go Dodgers!
