	David David Korkowski	The Democratic State Senator in charge of this investigation gave an interview in which he stated that he may have an "October Surprise" in store. Hmmm, seeing as how the committee stated that it would try and rule on this issue before October 31st, who is playing politics here????? Governor Palin fired the head of the Department of Safety, which is her right as the Governor. The truth is that she asked him to resign and accept another position, he declined, so she was left with no choice but to fire him. Now he comes back and claims that it is because of her ex-brother-in-law, not being fired. Hmmm, the man has already lied during this invesitigation saying that he had only met with the Governor on a handful of occasions and was denied access to her. When other legislatures, both Democratic and Republican, have stated he had met with her on several occasions including at least 4 trips into the Bush (the remote areas of Alaska). Governor Palin turned over all documents to the State Personnel Review Board following the firing of the Department head, and it is the State Personnel Review Board that is the appropriate venue to determine the validity of the firing. 	Holly	As for the "Keating Five," you should know that after a full investigation, Sen. McCain and Sen. Glenn were cleared of any wrong-doing by the Senate Ethics Committee. Not to mention the fact that McCain was the only Senator among the five that would participate in the Civil Suit (And gave a boon to the prosecution, I might add). He was tried by the Senate and found not guilty! As for Gov. Palin, these are only unsubstantiated allegations as of now. She has done great things for the state of Alaska, for both Democrats and Republicans! I have never seen a public official that has affected more change, for the better of all residents, in the amount of time that she has. For all we know, this is a case of a disgruntled employee. 	David David Korkowski	Governor Palin said that we should pray for our leaders and for the mission that they send our troop on is a task from God. As a religious person one should pray for the things they do to be part of God's Plan. The same is true with the pipeline, God gave man dominion over nature, so using of oil and natural gas is part of God's Plan is it not eddie?????????
