Category: Romance and Relationships
1st, I wanna offer a quick word to the wise:  "If you decide NOT to read the rest of my blog,
simply b-cuz I've chosen to mention something about religion in the beginning of it....
then, YOU'RE A DUMB ASS!!!!  You need to read my entire piece before having a shit fit".

2nd, please be aware that
the point of today's blog ISN'T to get into an all-out discusion about
what's right or wrong in The Creator's eyes
!!!!  And with that being said, LET US BEGIN....

Everybody runs around buying this bullshit about America separating church & state....
but, if you open your eyes, then you'll notice that America DOESN'T really separate the 2 of em'.
Our govt. was founded on Christian beliefs & simply tolerates the practice of other religions!!!!

Nowadays, politicians punch their tickets into Congress by claiming to be GOOD CHRISTIANS,
Supreme Court justices are nominated based on the strength of their religious beliefs,
conservatives cite their religious beliefs when they talk about why abortion should be illegal, &
our president offered "God wants America to liberate the world" as his justification for war.

Geez whiz....   that DOESN'T sound like a nation that separates church & state, to me!!!!!
Alotta lawmakers have a bad habit of pulling religion outta their asses whenever it's convenient.

Yet, when it comes to Christianity....   there are alotta sins that AREN'T illegal &
likewise, there are alotta things that're against the law even though they're NOT sins
.

Infidelity is a sin----but, our govt. DOESN'T send folks to jail when they cheat on their spouse.
Killing is a sin----but, capital punishment is an institution & cops are allowed to shoot-to-kill.
Lying is a sin----but, it's only against the law when you commit perjury or obstruction of justice.
Lust is a sin----but, nobody does time for having a one-night stand [unless it's rape].
Dishonoring your parents is sinful----but, you won't go to jail for cursing out Mom & Dad.
Stealing is a sin----yet, stealing an idea ISN'T against the law unless it was copyrighted.
Using the Lord's name in vain is a sin----but, it's not unlawful for actors to do so on camera.
Gluttony is a sin----but, nobody goes to jail for participating in ESPN's Hot Dog Eating Contest.
Coveting your neighbor's spouse is a sin----but, it's NOT illegal to be a swinger.

You get the idea, by now.

So, when I was watching Cops the other day, I couldn't help but ask myself this question....
Why Is Prostitution Illegal????
Why is it unlawful for a lonely, desperate guy to go out & buy himself some pussy????
And why is it legal to sell things & have sex----but, it's ILLEGAL in America to SELL SEX????

There's something seriously WRONG in a country where it's LEGAL
for a man to buy a videocam, fly to California, & pay a pornstar $1500 to fuck him on a beach....
but, he'll get THROWN IN JAIL if he offers an Atlanta hooker $20 for a blowjob.

And even though I LOVE watching porn....
I think it's total bullshit that the XXX industry runs around acting like porn ISN'T prostitution.
The last time that I checked----I hadn't heard of a pornstar that fucks on camera FOR FREE!!!!
These chicks will let the actors call em' a slut, whore, tramp, etc. when the camera's rolling....
but, they go ballistic off-the-set whenever somebody even insinuates that porn is prostitution.

Just think about how ridiculous that whole idea is....
you can't pickup a hooker on a street corner, get pulled over by the cops, & say,
"Hello Mr. Officer, it's NOT whatcha think.  I've gotta video camera in the back seat.
I'm NOT really picking up a hooker....  I was just about to make a porno movie for my website"
.
I'll bet anybody $1M that your stupid ass will be going to jail that night, if you're NOT in Cali.

So, if it's LEGAL to make porn, then why is it ILLEGAL for someone to pay for sex????
And how does that work anyway????   Is it NOT prostitution as long as you film the act????
On that note....

Let's say that I was in California & filmed myself having sex with a pornstar that I paid $1500 to.
I go home to edit the footage & along the way, my dumb ass breaks the tape by sitting on it!!!!
Have I now broken the law b-cuz I paid for sex & DIDN'T release a film????
Or is everything still cool b-cuz a camera was involved in the 1st place.

How is it NOT illegal for an escort to advertise the PSE when they're NOT even in California....
but, it's illegal for a guy who'd NEVER get laid any other way to pickup a hooker on the street???
FYI - PSE means "Pornstar Experience" (for those that dunno).

It's amazing to me that Johnny Law will arrest a crack whore who fucks for a double cheeseburger,
while ignoring all of the women that advertise "I WILL FUCK FOR MONEY" on their websites.

Personally, I really DON'T see the big deal with arresting people for paying for sex anyway!!!!
I dunno about you....  but, meeting a girl in a club, buying her drinks, & getting a blowjob later
is just a sophisticated form of prostitution [in my book].
C'mon now folks, it's NOT like she woulda slobbed his knob if he HADN'T bought her sumthin' &
he ONLY bought her drinks b-cuz he thought it'd get her into bed fasterIn this case,
the PIMP is the club, the HO is the girl getting free drinks, & the JOHN is the guy buying them.
After all, in REAL prostitution----the pimp takes all of the hoez money anyway.

Let's forget the fact that being a whoremonger is a sin, for a minute....
what the hell is the justification behind making it ILLEGAL for women to sell sex????
Hookers AREN'T the only women that pass STDs
[if you think so, then why don't you visit a sorority house @ any state university in America].

Are you trying to tell me that it's NOT illegal for a sorority chick to fuck the brothers....
but, it's ILLEGAL for a hooker to fuck some ugly guy whose only other option is masturbation?
King James aka The Great One

I agree and disagree....Prostitution should be legal but yet it shouldn't....I'm sorry but in my opinion a man that pays for pussy isnt a man....Pussy and oxygen are free resources....If a guy cant get any he should sit and jack off or go gay....There is no excuse besides dating(which I agree with you about it being sophisticated whoring)....Theres too many women giving it up free outta both pant legs for someone to ever have to pay cash....

I agree.  Personally, I'd NEVER run out & pay a woman to gimmie some sex.  That's just lame.

But, c'mon now....   how is it LEGAL, when you throw a video camera into the mix????

This is a question I've also asked and debated. And even though the government sees prostitiution as morally wrong, what it basically boils down to is that the government cannot (and will not) be able to tax prostitiution. Whores can stand to make quite a bit of change by charging for the goods, all of which is untaxable...
As for the sophisticated form of prostitution, I totally agree. And for some chicks it's worse than others. A girl going out with a guy, getting wined and dined, then going home with him to let him hit it for all his efforts... same ol shit, different toilet.
And as for porn, I serisously don't get how it is NOT prostitution. Maybe the ones that try to tell a story and be all artsy (like anyone cares for the story anyway), but there are some where the girl just shows up at a house, is on camera from the time the door is opens, after a couple minutes of small talk gets naked and has her brains fucked out, takes it on the face like a champ then bounces... How is that not prostitution???

BINGO, you hit the nail right on the head with the TAXATION issue.

That's what I thought about last week----it's gottabe about TAXES!!!!   But, the govt. just dresses it all up like prostitution is about morality.

But, then that leads to my next question....   why is it LEGAL in some parts of Nevada, despite the taxation issues associated with prostitution????

And if you REALLY think about it....   the govt. CAN'T accurately tax the earnings of strippers, escorts, or pornstars.  So, why are all of these things legal????

I wonder how that's gonna work though.  Pimps aren't exactly open about the fact that they're pimps.  But, we perceive it to be the opposite simply b-cuz of what we see on TV with guys like Bishop Don Juan.

Good point.

However I feel like wining an dining a girl is somewhat like prostitution.  But it's worse... it's combining gambling and prostitution.  Because when you spend $150 on dinner and a movie, the odds are 5:1 that you're going to go home with a dry dick (unless of course you live in Atlanta... then the odds are slightly more in your favor).

You're right....  it's worse b-cuz BOTH gambling & prostitution are illegal.

There are alotta women that WON'T jump in bed with a guy unless he's paid her bills or spent alotta money on her.

The irony is that people run around calling women hoez, when they sleep with a guy that HASN'T spent a dime on her.

They try.

But, the killer is how the actors & actresses get on TV talking about how they're REALLY thespians.

Jenna Jameson's my girl & all....  but, I'd be lying if I told y'all that I'm NOT always scratching my head whenever I see her on TV trying to defend the adult film industry as ARTISTIC EXPRESSION.

It's gottabe ALL OF THE ABOVE & then some!!!!

I've NEVER heard a pornstar EVER acknowledge that XXX is a form of prostitution....   they always say, "It's NOT prostitution----I'm an actress!!!!  I only have sex when the camera is rollingA prostitute hides what she does from the world.  But, I put myself out there for everyone to see".

I WILL give Dennis Hof [the owner of Las Vegas' Bunny Ranch] some credit though.  He got on TV & didn't hold back when it came to his opinion about porn being prostitution!!!!  He was like, "What kinda bullshit are they talking about?  These women get paid TO HAVE SEX regardless of the fact that a camera's involved".

I think that these women REALLY KNOW what it is that they do, but they're ashamed to admit that they're just prostitutes that fuck for the world to see.

Hmm... I might catch hell for this because I am a woman but I think prostitution should be legalized.  It's legal in parts of Nevada, why not the rest of the country?  Some men, for whatever reasons, cannot get laid without paying for it... and some women, for whatever reasons, will except $ in exchange for whatever sexual acts.

Women will scream how demeaning and degrading it is... but if you are going to do it, that's on you.  You can only control you.

Is there a petition I should sign to get this started?  LOL

I agree.  In the words of Trick Daddy "Let a ho be a ho."  We have plenty of cashiers at Burger King.  What we need are more women who are willing to satisfy the old, fat, balding, rich, lonely, socially-crippled men so they will leave the rest of us women alone.

(A) being in a position where people wanna sleep with you so badly that they're willing to PAY YOU FOR IT
or
(B) being in a position where you've gotta PAY SOMEBODY ELSE, just to have sex with you

You'd have to be crazy to say, "Person A is the one being degraded & demeaned".

Sure, the NO STRINGS ATTACHED thing is an underlying issue.

But, as for CONTROL....   how much control do these men REALLY have over the hooker, aside from having the liberty to choose WHO they wanna get with????

I've seen documentaries on prostitution & it really DOESN'T look like the Johns have control over the hookers @ all.

1st, she jumps into the car & whips outta condom [even if the John was overcome by temporary insanity long enough to wanna do her bareback].

Then, she starts telling him what she WON'T do.  Some hookers refuse to do anal, even if that's what he wants to do.  Alotta them won't kiss on the lips, even if he wants her to do it.

Then, she tells him to "Hurry up" & get off so that she can go back to work.  If he does something that makes her feel uneasy, then she cuts it off & gets outta the car without giving him a refund.

It seems to me like the hookers control & dictate the encounter ahelluvalot more than the Johns do.

i guess the gov. would rather have some guy stalk little girls at school and wait till there is no one around to rape them, instead of him just going to the local "massage" house and get himself some. Some ppl cant do no better then to sell what god gave them. My point of view is do what you please just later on dont be bitching  about how you get treated. Even though you're still gonna have sickos stalking children....   I definitely think that kids would be in a better situation if the govt. would just let those crazies run to the massage parlor [instead of staking out a girls' school].

The argument that law enforcement always makes is, "Neighbors complain whenever prostitutes are in their community.  It makes the street look dirty & increases traffic"!!!!  And I'm always like

Shoot....   I think that streetwalkers ADD FLAVOR to a neighborhood.  LOL   It gives the community some sorta personality.  @ the very least, they could have designated hooker zones [kinda like drug-free school zones].

Brothels are cool, but could you imagine the impact of them on neighborhoods nationwide????

Just imagine....

A couple gets into an argument & the husband's like, "Fuck you, I'm leaving b-cuz I need to cool off"!!!!  Then, he disappears for a few hours [to visit the neighborhood brothel].  As soon as he walks inside, he'll see every guy in the neighborhood that's had an argument with his wife that night & will say, "Awww shit, your wife's acting crazy too"?  And then, they'll talk to each other about what happened in the midst of getting blowjobs.

But, if you REALLY wanna see some funny television....

Somebody oughta install hidden cameras inside of the brothels, to capture all of the angry wives that're running in there to pull their husbands out!!!!  Talk about some drama!!!!

As for the designated hooker zones....  could you imagine taking your kid to school & seeing signs that say HOOKER FREE SCHOOL ZONE?  That's be some crazy shit.

Marrying for money is just another sophisticated form of prostitution....

Wifee says, "I agree to fuck you, even though I NEVER would've given ya the time of day if you'd been broke"....   & the hubby says, "I agree to spoil you, even though I know that you NEVER would let me hit it if I wasn't driving a Lexus".

It's funny how alotta people will say, "Marriage is a BUSINESS contract" & then comeback acting like prostitution is so wrong.

But, even the social issues that people have about legalizing prostitution are some SHIT.

Nowadays, a kid could Google the name of his favorite cartoon character & accidentally stumble across pornographic cartoons.

So, this biz where lawmakers run around acting like "We've gotta protect the children" is a big crock [to win votes].  Today's generation of kids is more fucked up, than any other.  They're having 3somes before their bodies are mature enough to produce sperm cells.

And we ALL know what it was like when we were 6 years old & hanging out with our friends that had cable or a VCR....   shoot, we were always like, "Hey, do you know where your dad's stashed his dirty movies"????  And how many of us have ordered a PPV softcore porno flick onto our parent's hotel room bill WITHOUT telling em' about it?

Legalizing prostitution in America ISN'T gonna fuck up our country's children anymore than they already are.  Music videos show enough skin, as is & I wonder if there's a kid that's NEVER seen a Girls Gone Wild commercial.

...but just like drugs, if you make it legal, the quality will go down.  And it would be very embarrassing to have a blow job listed on your taxes. Who will give you the w-2? LOL. Besides, it will increase over population, diseases, and what not.... But what about us women? If it were legallized, would we be able to walk up to a man and offer money for some dick? Its just way to many kinks in the idea.
