JA,

Glad to hear that you and Janee had a fantabulous holiday in Kawaii!

Any chance that you'll invite Sir Richard of Wakeman into the studio in October for some of the "transmissions"? The U.S. didn't get to see the two of you perform live, and I can only speak for myself, but I could definitely go for that in some form; if not a tour, a live CD/DVD from the U.K. tour would be sweetness!

Who's Andy?

Videogame, eh ... interesting ...

Like many Yes/Jon fans, I've read the interviews with Steve Howe about him doing both Asia and Yes, and I have a suggestion: book both bands into a large studio facility so that both can record simultaneously (kind of like Pink Floyd recording "Piper at the Gates of Dawn" down the hallway from the Beatles' "Sgt. Pepper" 40 years ago), Steve can work with both bands on both albums, finish both albums, then Asia and Yes tour together so that Steve can play with both bands.

You'd have to find a way not to burn Steve out doing this, but with careful planning (and saying the prayers and taking the vitamins), I think that you can work it out.

Whatever you decide, looking forward to the second installment of the box set, the album of Chinese music (how's that coming, by the way?) and whatever is coming down the pike in the next year or so.

Peace, Love and Understanding,

John C.

Andy is Jon. Waky is Rick. So by Andy/Waky songs, Jon means Anderson/Wakeman songs.

Hi Jon, it has been a strange and wounderful evening for me. It started with a magestic sunset that took my breath away and gave thought to me of when I lived in Hawaii. As it went down a magical full moon peeked over the corn field. That made me think of a consert of yours I attended in San Diego at the Old Globe under a full moon that eclipesed. There has been a reacurring theam from many sorces too. That was repeated in your blog I just recived. You create your owne world! This is something I need to remind myself of espically in this time of my life. I just wanted you to know how I do apprieciate your uplifting blogs. Like your music is so are you a gift to the world. Thank You!!!!
A long time fan Patricia

Dear Mr. Anderson....you are so right, so, so very right. (I really should never read your blogs or messages from other people that read them). If we don't like the movie we create (OR THE ACTORS IN THEM) then we should change the reel. (or disc) You are sadly so right. I guess I've been a fan too long. My beautiful world is created is with my six wonderful children. And yes, LOVE is everything. I've been a fan of yours since 1973. I think I was 8 at the time. But I guess one should not imagine people for what you want them to be. I still think that deep inside you are a great person, but everytime I read something about you or some blog you have written I slowly realize that I created you to be something else. Take a Holiday to Kawaii, ok . I got what money I had together to take a holiday with my Children and we went to NYC to visit Ground Zero, again taught them about what happens when there is no love. Now we can take on the world, with much love, but will never forget. I hope you continue to do all that is beautiful to you, because it makes so many people in the world happy. You are in such an uncommon position to reach so many more I hope you could have more to say.....a vacation....to awaken you must know you were asleep. I will change the reel.....with love and respect, Shari

Hi J&J,
Need new YES music soon... I'm Jones'in sooo hard!!! If Steve is too busy how 'bout seeing if you could pull Trevor away from Hollywood for awhile? I would love to here a YES album with Trev & Rick writing together... It's been stuck in my head ever since they're duet on Union tour! Or even see If Pete Banks is not to busy (heh heh), or someone different like Petrucci, Johnson, Via, or Satriani, or even one of those Rock School kids if it gets us some New YES! Also, would love to here more duets of you and your family. I absolutely loved that recent one with Deborah even though it was not a genre I tend to like!

Anyhowe, nice to hear from you, cheers!

Peace,
Paul
