Hello my friends! How was your holiday?! How was your New Year's Eve celebration?! I hope it was the best you've ever had.

I'm just sitting here at my house getting ready to move out on WEDNESDAY! I'm moving to California! moving to CALIFORNIA! So crazy.. I'm really excitedddd. A little nervous but... mostly excited. I'm gonna be rehearsing like crazy right when I get out there for this new project I'm working on. I'm opening for Mitchell Musso on the 18th of January in Steamboat Springs, CO!! YAY. I'm going to be opening with my friend Malese Jow so it should be fun! I'm also singing a song with Mitchell!! So, if you happen to be skiing in Steamboat on January 18, please stop by! Hah... it's gonna beeee funnnnn.

I also was asked to be in Mitchell's new music video for his song "The In Crowd". It was so cool!! I can't wait for you guys to see it! I'm not sure when it premieres but.. I took a lot of video so expect to see my version soon. The real video should be premiering sometime this month. It was a really cool experience... I won't give too much away but.. let's just say I wasn't a part of "The In Crowd" ....ha ha haaaaa.

Well, I'm trying to think of more things to say but... I'm not really coming up with anything hah. I'm so excited for this year though. I always love a new year. For some reason it makes me feel really refreshed. I just love the "fresh start" feeling you get when a new year rolls around. My friends always make fun of me , but I like to recap my year at the beginning of every new year and see how much my life has changed in that short amount of time. If you've never done it you should because it is crazy how much can change in a year. It gives me hope. It really encourages me not to give up on this crazy dream of mine ;) .. I hope it encourages you too. You might not want to make it in the entertainment business , but everybody has their thing. Everybody has SOMETHING they want to happen in 2009. So here's to me AND you and making it happen in 2009!!

... well.. I guess I did have something to write after all. haha!!

Thanks for the update on you. I loved watching your newest video on your page. It was so cute seeing you decorating the tree, your sister getting her car for Christmas, seeing all of your family and spending time with them and also seeing you in the car celebrating New Years and watching fireworks in the car. That video was so cute, so great and so adorable. Good luck with moving to California on Wednesday. Will you be living there by yourself or with somebody? Just wondering. I can't wait to see you in Mitchel's video for In The Crowd. That's so great you will be opening for him later on this month. Happy New Year Kate! Good luck on everything, I know this year will be huge for you. Every year it keeps getting better and better. I'm really proud of you. I've been watching you for the past 5 1/2 years and you keep improving. We love you!!!! So keep it up!
