So a comic store had a charity auction, and i gave them a copy of ANGEL:AFTER THE FALL to sell.

It just so happened to be the insanely rare WEDDING EDITION version of issue 1. There are only 200 of these, and this is only one I've signed, and the only one that will be available for the near future.

The inside of the comic is the same you've read in issue 1, but the OUTSIDE has a new cover by Franco Urru, featuring all sorts of characters from ATF, ASYLUM and SHADOW PUPPETS. The back cover is by Dave Crosland, and features characters from EVERYBODY'S DEAD (available for pre-order soon!), along with quotes and well-wishes from Chris Ryall, Scott Tipton, Dave, and Franco.

It's the most rare version of ANGEL:AFTER THE FALL that exists, and it may be your only chance to get it, as the auction winner has put it on ebay for sale. It's a must-have for fans of the series, no?

Makes me wish I had the cash to bid! Oh, the empty-walletedness of a freelance illustrator!

I got my copy of ATF 2 yesterday, really loved it. Mr. Urru's artwork is so gorgeous; he's a total inspiration. I'm currently sewing up a Betta George puppet. Cheers! ^_~

Holy "Not Fade Away!" I wish I could afford this. If I hadn't just spent that amount of money on Christmas gifts, I would. To have such a rare edition of my favorite comic book of my favorite series of all time... I wish I was "BALLLLINN!"

Watched the bidding - whew! it went for $500. No way I could afford that. I only hope that the charity made close to that amount.

Thanks for the heads up Brian, I enjoy what you are doing with After the Fall. I won the auction and received the issue a few days ago and I must say it is breathtaking.
