Here's the last hurrah for the Chief Chinchilla: Live @ The Liqua Sto album. He went down south again and caught up with upcoming director Kevin Young (of Dikmiller Films) did a video for 'Boss Hog Egg Nog'. Something for the holidays. Check out the video here.
Here's the link to the first video ('Can I Get A Sip?')
Here's one of the album trailers if you haven't already seen them
The album campaign is now done, me and Chief have since fallen out and Gator$-n-Fur$ is now officially over (check the 'Dead Broke' mixshow from this month). I will post one big blog entry with all 16 of the mixshows and their flyers included in the next few weeks...
Chief Chinchilla may begin to make appearances in movies, so keep an eye on Hollywood. As for me, I'm moving on to life beyond the rap world by way of sports writing/journalism and some other things I'm looking into, I'm not sure yet. Chief's plans are more concrete than mine. I did, however, recently get mentioned at mtv.com and entertainment weekly for my production work for Lonely Island's Incredibad (that 'Jizz In My Pants' song from Saturday Night Live). The legendary E-40 is on the song I produced as well (its called 'Santana DVX') , and the album features Justin Timberlake, T-Pain, Norah Jones and more, so its a good look. Here are the links...

No word on the final status of the song (its out of my hands now), but if everything goes well I get my chance to be on my first mainstream project . If not, hey, I got mentioned in the same breath with the big dogs so it's an achievement. If things progress well with that, I'll keep y'all in the loop.
Besides that, its time for a new life away from the ever so fickle hip-hop game...or at least a place where I don't get robbed paying for my own health insurance. I know I said that before, but that was just for me rapping Maybe crank out a beat or DJ a party twice a year for sport, haha. Stay tuned...Zone
