Hello mellow yellow ,
Today was a studio day , got up this morning and trained with my new trainer Bobby .for an hour or so then packed up our stuff and moved out of our bungalow : ( a) it was too expensive for us and b) we didn't need all that space , so were now in another room which is suite ( see what I did there!) Sadly John Belushi's spirit is no longer with me and I have to actually walk up stairs to get to my room . However, the view is cool looking all the way down Sunset and just incase I forgot what kind of mp3 player to buy next time mine breaks , theres this .

Anywayz , Em and I left to go the studio and accompanied by some new friends , seriously I have never been followed like we were today , there were literally 20 cars of razzi with us . Not that I'm complaining , they were perfectly pleasant , infact we had a bit of a laugh with them and I quite fancied one of them .
This is the car chase , might not seem scary to you but Emily and I are driving a tiny red mini really close to the ground and these cars are huge , and unnesscaserily so I might add . Boys , go green .

when we noticed that someone was spying on us , how chheky is this ?
I hope we weren't discussing anything rude , anyway we were at my friends yard and he was so scared his neighbours would freak out at him when they got home to find a million photographers on their doorstep , he chucked us out at half four . Luckily we wrote an amazing song that's going to blow all your minds. So Emily and I decided to spend the rest of our afternoon doing what we do best , shopping and eating. We went to a lovely shop called Flounce on Echo Park and I bought this lovely dress
how adorable is that , it's got little pink rhinestones all over it and I love it love it love it
