Seeing that I was there for the "staged" photos...heh heh..liked what I saw here tonight. Going to keep my eye on you Ben, like what I see and hear from you. REALLY looking forward to 2008. would like to know your feelings on who you'd like to be in the Oval Office. Reality TV...gotta be politics, only watched first year of Apprentice. Since then, the Amazing Race. Now, after the WV couple was sent hom after the "Barbies" didnt gather all their cluse when the WV couple did.....that's suspicious. not watching it again. good blog, will be watching more

Great show! I was having a rough Monday and the line: "Then, George Bush must be a gay whore" cracked me up. Also, as a former reality show contestant and a reality show producer it was interesting to hear Marcellas' commentary on the genre. Truly, I have learned from experience that the shows just aren't as entertaining without a little "massaging." Maybe we should re-term it so that people understand that these shows are not pure reality. Actually, I think most people do realize that these days. Hmmph! Ok, any way...great job again! You have a loyal viewer in me. NHW

Wow... this is so much more than I expected for a 'video blog'... I am beginning to feel like a slacker for my regular typepad account... lol But ummm... I think that cost heaps more than my $8.95 a month would buy. Maybe I will schnazz my blog up with an animated gif or something... (thats all I can afford in my budget... lol)

Dear Ben Patrick,
Last year the person of the year on the cover of Time magazine had a mirror meaning that it was Me, or You.. I am sure you saw it. They were right, and you are proff of it. I am not aware of blogs and if other people have similar blogs to yours because I am too busy with school, but this is the first time I've seen something like this. I enjoy it, I like the idea that you can talk about anything you want and not being hindered as networks are for the rat race they are in. You are very fresh, not stuck up, and don't sound like a nut or a machine. Thank you for today's blog. I remember when I was working at the hotel Paris Hilton came to film a part of her simple life show, and it was all staged. She was told what to do from begining to end, even her expressions and motions, so little it was espontaneous, so I have to give her credit for making it feel as if it was natural. I knew these shows worked like that because I don't think the networks would take the risk as caotic as people can be sometimes, but when I talked about it with my friends, some of them were really surprised. I don't think that there is anything wrong with what they do, but it is interesting to hear these things. After all that's what hollywod is, fancy facades, but back stage everything is pretty much as neutral as it can be. Except for the kind of luxuries that people who make it in the industry can get, that is pretty real, and must be nice too. But the good thing in this country (I am originally from guadalajara, mex) is that even with my status I have been able to experience some of those luxuries without that much effort. I guess that is a benefit of being decent looking ;). And that is pretty cool. Well this is long enough, I have to get back to study for my final tomorrow.
