To Whom It May Concern:
I Julius Long would like to gain the attention of the public, government, and world to advise them of a new concept I have patented to help extinguish fires very quickly. I have found that the exhaust fumes from a jet engine if cooled down from a muffler or radiator, and then transferred down to the burning sight, replacing the oxygen can extinguish a fire almost immediately. The patent can be found at www.USPTO.gov. (US 7,165,625)
I held a small demonstration of this patented concept on August 3, 2007 at Virginia State University in Petersburg, Virginia. It was shown that the exhaust fumes from a pick-up truck could extinguish a fire inside of a box in 20 seconds. Fumes from a jet engine once cooled and forced on or in a fire could theoretically do the same thing to a larger building maybe even quicker.
I would like to talk to someone about developing a design patent that would blow the fumes from a tank style vehicle onto a forest fire extinguishing a large fire very quickly. A version of this patent could also be used at any airport where two fire trucks positioned on each side of the plane could blow cooled down exhausted fumes over the wings where the fuel tanks are stored, thereby not allowing oxygen to get to the fuel tanks making it impossible for the fuel to burn. This could be done for hours eliminating the dangers to the passengers and plane.
For further information please contact me at the number listed.
Sincerely,
Julius Long
