Happy Chanukah! Thanks for all your messages, I'm home and all good. was just pretty exhausted from traveling and working too much to buy chanukah gifts and my jewish mother was worried about me. I had good company and a jerry's deli deivery of chicken soup and potato pancakes and am feeling much better and am back to watching all my favourite jerry bruckheimer shows!

in the spirit of the holiday the song of the day is

MATISYAHU

pick a song, any song.

also please take time to help out those in need this holiday season.
'tis the season

take good care and stay warm.

Slow down now, enjoy your shows and take care of each other.

Me, too. I was traveling a lot last week and was experiencing frustration and fatigue. Felt good to know last Friday when I woke up and realized, no more alarm, no more early morning working on a computer, no more long traveling in the car and no more running around.

And went to see all of my friends who I love so much! Yesterday, was so lazy and stayed home all day, decorating my grandma's 3 feet x-mas tree.

Happy Holidays to all of you, Lindsay Lohan and Samanatha Ronson's fans! And Happy holidays to our dear families and friends! May the stars be bright and jolly and may the angels be with us all!

So glad to hear you are ok. Happy holidays to you and your family. I would be exhausted too if I traveled as much as you. On a side note I saw perform in New Orleans recently and you were great. Thanks for coming to our city. I hope you are feeling better, and wish you the best in the new year to come.

Had no idea you were feeling under the weather . (I don't read the gossip) It's easy for us to get overworked and underfed (as my jewish mum will also worry) and people should always take time to rest even when we don't "want" to. So here's a roofer-sized cyber hug for you , get some R&R kid.
Shalom!

I get like that if I work too hard, right now for the last 2 days
I've been 3D modeling an engine for a robot dragon,
but I'm going to take tonight off and watch my DVR'd 'LOST' shows.

My DVR is at 80 percent and it's too cold to be sitting at a computer anyway.

You should rest up and make a record, without all of this flying around,
with the clubs and weirdos throwing flour on you etc!
Nobody cares about christmas presents Sam!

Hi Sam,

I'm glad you are feeling better. Sometimes we overload ourselves with too much work, too much distractions, too much of everything but time for ourselves. Relax, spend time with your girl and you will feel much, much better.

Happy Holidays!

Hey Samantha

Awe cant beat chicken soup when feeling under the weather! I was the same last week, stuck in bed for 2 days smothered with the flu, had a few hot whiskeys which sorted me out nicely :) Just checked out your website again and delighted to see its updated with good ole' Mina Kwon getting a mention..giddy up! Anyways, hope your having a good one whatever your doing, and if i'm not on this between now and Thursday, have a lovely Christmas and I hope Mrs.
Clause brings you everything you wished for ;)

Take it easy and keep her lit!

Merry Christmas & all the best for 2009

It's so pleased to hear that you are ok...have been worried about you all day from last night...
I was screaming to my friend saying you were sick and I didn't know what was going on. My friend says it's probably good for you, because you can finally have some rest...it seems she's right.

Anyway...have a good rest in this holiday season.

Happy Hanukkah!!!

How is "Chanukah" properly pronounced? I'm assuming that you've properly spelled it, although I've seen it spelled differently.

I bought Matisyahu's 'Live at Stubbs' a few years ago. Specifically, to listen to the live version of "King Without a Crown" whenever I chose to, instead of when the DJ on the radio decided to play it. I'm happy that I supported this artist by purchasing that album and I'm grateful to the DJ who decided to play that song on the radio.

If someone (such as yourself) is constantly traveling through different time zones and working late night at clubs throughout the world, it would be expected to become exhausted. The body strives for balance and balance is difficult to achieve when eating and sleeping happens at irregular times rather than at regularly scheduled intervals. I'd suggest that you develop a sleeping and eating pattern to help your body stay in balance while you are working such a demanding schedule. Most people don't have to contend with multiple time zones and sleeping in a different place several times a week. That type of lifestyle can wear anyone down after a while.

Some of the most important things in life are also the most pleasurable.
In a comment that I sent to Amanda Palmer at her October 20, 2008 blog, I included some words written by Lindsay Lohan, a link to your blog, and a picture from your song "Pull My Hair Out". I also tried to simplify human existence into a simple formula that is by no means complete, but useful...

We exist.... We exist to experience pleasure.... Pleasure is derived from various sources....

1.
Physical/Primal/Instinctive Pleasure
-eating food
-sexual arousal/gratification
-sleeping when tired
-etc.

2.
Mental/Thought-derived/Bio-electrical Pleasure
-listening to music
-reading literature
-thinking about things
-creating things
-etc.

3.
Spiritual/Religious Pleasure
-a personal experience that is not derived from physical or mental activity; an experience that happens spontaneously, without premeditation, is beyond human understanding, is inexplicable, and most likely can not be duplicated.

 cat heart sam

In order to fully enjoy the mental and spiritual pleasures, we must maintain the physical pleasures. So, remember to eat a healthy diet, get enough sleep, and have passionate....
