As far as stooping goes; sticking up for yourself isn't stooping. You've been battered around like some play thing, like you are pong. It is only natural to respond. But, I hope you do take advantage of the alone time to do things like taking advantage of some of the services that only really great hotels can provide. I once spent 6 hours of total pamper; and emerged a very new woman. Revitalized! Be good to yourself! I did it and spent more than $500. Sometimes you just have to pamper yourself, what better op, but in a strange town like DC. For reals, just take the op to decompress, sister, really! Works wonders. Spa treatments are a necessity and should be included in our medical FSA plans; it is preventative medicine. Studies show! That is a change I'd like to see our current prez make. Taking care of yourself, shouldn't be categorized as pamper, really. C'mon! The barter system IS THE WAY! People don't get it. That makes us 1%.
