Well I am going to attempt a little bit of a fund raiser...
As most of my friends and blog readers are aware, I am a Female to Male Transsexual who has been on Hormone Replacement Therapy for over 3 years, and has had Masculine Chest Re-constructive Surgery.
As part of the HRT process, my female reproductive organs have gone into a state of atrophy. I am now having lots of really not so fun medical problems associated with said atrophied organs, which will require a hysterectomy and oopherectomy. My doctors are happy to proceed once I have $5000.00+ to cover the procedure, because my insurance company is denying coverage due to my trans-gender status until it literally develops into cancer (regardless of the fact that I test positive for pre-cancerous/abnormal cells {HSIL} and am having wild hormone fluctuations with loads of narsty side effects). Since I prefer not to wait until this turns cancerous, as by the time it is diagnosed as such it could potentially spread to other organs; I need to pull $5000.00 out of my hind end...
So... I desperately need to supplement my income... Yes I have a very full time, fairly decent job; but it's simply not enough...
Since I have uber photoshopping skills; I am offering up my services to provide custom photoshops and altered images for myspace in exchange for a donation using the PayPal button below.
If it's something simple, $5.00 would be OK.
If it's something slightly more advanced I would appreciate $10.00.
If it is something I am likely going to have to spend hours on I would like $20.00.
These amounts are merely suggestions... They are not set in stone or anything... Give less or more as you can afford to do so and/or are comfortable with...
If you don't really have an idea, but would just like something cool, I can go ahead and pick one of your pictures myself, and work my magic...
Please keep in mind that if you do not have a digital image of decent size or quality, it will likely not make for a good mod...
I am also able to create customized web & myspace banners, and contact tables, and such...
I could very likely swing some performance adverts or flyer's and things of that nature as well...
Please view my PhotoShop folder and Grafix folder and Sample folder and Performance folder, and take a look at some of the things I have done for friends and fun...
Or if you are feeling generous and just want to help out, you can simply donate to my transition fund using the PayPal button below. No amount is too small or unhelpful... If all of my MySpace friends donated $5.00 I'd be home free. I am not really expecting to make all $5000.00 via donation, but if I make enough this way, then coming up with the rest will be a much less daunting task.
So pretty much for the cost of a medium latte, you can help me to greatly improve my personal health and well being...

Other ideas: Perhaps if you are a performer or DJ or some other kind of entertainer, you could have a fund raising event in my behalf? Garage Sale? Bake Sale? Art Sale? Some kind of auction? Ask for permission to place collection cans at local LGBT friendly businesses? Have a pop can collection drive? Marry an old rich dude, kill him off and give me the money?
I am also creating some samples that people can use to repost or upload to their albums or post on their pages... Hopefully that will help to spread the word around... If you would like to post one of my samples, view my Sample album.

There are a TON more designs. Most are of the Pride variety, but some are just Funny... So there are plenty of designs that people of all orientations or genders can appreciate.
