We are thrilled to announce the debut of our brand new show, The Concert for LaVert. We'll be performing for the next three Fridays in New York at the UCB Theatre starting this Friday, June 23rd. Following that, we have two shows at the UCB Theatre in Los Angeles on July 13th and 14th before we "set sail" for Edinburgh to perform for the entire month of August at the International Fringe Festival.

The Concert for LaVert is a fundraiser for young LaVert Washington, an ailing youth from "the inner city." We met LaVert one Sunday after getting lost on the subway and ending up in Harlem. We sought refuge in a church, and it was there that we got to know this remarkable young boy and hear his heartbreaking Tale of Woe.

Young LaVert is ill. Quite ill. So we have made it our mission to raise awareness of his condition, raise funds to fight the Disease and raise spirits through our unique blend of music, people skills and biblical know-how. The Concert for LaVert is a combination of songs, instructional play-acting and a "hi-tech" multimedia presentation designed to both entertain and enlighten. And if you're not careful, you might just have some fun along the way! So be careful!
