Nathan Dutton (who can be found on our top friends, and in our new logo)
has just recently reviewed our first full length, and most watched film: THE BATMAN.

"The special effects, lighting, and hair are what drew me to this movie when I first saw the trailer. I was looking to find the "Batman in your living room" experience, and I found it. Unfortunately, I also found the "inconsistent acting in your hometown" experience. I was shocked to find that the brilliance of Aaron Leach(The Riddler) was local talent. But the out of towners Dave Voetberd(Gordon) , and Chris Weigele(The Joker), were what really made the blockbuster a hit.
But on the other hand I was appalled to find a casting director could choose an over-the-top-highschool-drama-student actor like Corbin Wells(Harvey). I almost walked out of the theater multiple times.
Ultimately, I was glad I stayed for the credit music. It wasn't the only stroke of genius in the musical score.
4 stars out of 5. Congratulations Simple Films. The highest score of my whole distinguished career.
