I was searching for Titties Bounce (er, you know, the song from Gravy Train!!!!?), but all they had on youtube was a live version of it.

So I decided to use VideoDownloader (a FireFox extension) to download the file.  I used a freeware called MediaCoder to convert the *.flv file to an *.avi file.

Once you have the avi file, you can use Windows Movie Maker to edit the file (Microsoft developed this software to complete with Apple's free iMovie.)

Since Movie Maker will not convert your mp3 files, you can use the free Audacity to export the file to *.wave.

So here is the the 'new' Titties Bounce video:

lemme make life a lil easier for you:

download youtube/anytube flash videos: http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php
don't even need to install anything, just enter the page link and it finds the .flv vid link for you.

convert flv: most people seem to recommend SUPER but the one you linked looks nice.

editing: forget windows media shite. http://fixounet.free.fr/avidemux/ does everything, even if the interface is a little squiffy, and it'll save to a load of different formats too.
