Wow, Adrianne... has it really been that long??

I remember catching ANTM while back in Hong Kong; during the pilot I'd picked you and two others as my "favorites".  (I picked well, and in the "right order", too!  You were my Top Pick, Giselle was my 2nd, but my 3rd choice didn't make the first cut - hah!!)

When you won, I celebrated with a few friends with whom I'd done some "friendly betting" -- they bought, I drank, see -- and discovered Matt's message board, where you regularly posted about your trials and tribulations.

That was a treat, and it's wonderful that you've continued to share, through LiveJournal, and now through MySpace.

I still love your Sirena pictures; I daresay they'd be my favorites!

It was, back then, a disappointment to learn that they didn't follow through with the full prize, but we all said back then we figured you'd fight your way forward and make it anyway, and through Belief, Courage & Action, you've done just that!  (It's still a shame they're taking such a negative stance today; I expected more from Tyra.)  Good on you for sticking to your guns, and making the Truth known.

wow.  you truly have come far, not just professionally but personally.

i remember when you first started this blog your blogs were angry and resentful (understandably so) and you ripped tyra a new one.  now you've matured and come into your own and while giving her her due acknowledged that you are where you are by YOUR sweat and tears and not a gift from tyra.  and you said it in a nice, non-curse ladened post, too!  *poking fun at your joliet paper that seems to only see the blue blogs*

personally, I think Tyra's attitude ruins her looks. I thought she was beautiful until she started opening her mouth in public, now I can't even stand to watch her show (even when it's something I'm interested in) because I think so little of her as a person. sad, but true.

I agree with everything, as usual and yup, your tenacity and hard work has placed you where you are today. Not Tyra (respectively).

I do have a question off the subject a tad...

You are on VH1 a lot and one of the shows I've noticed you on is Celebrities Biggest Fuck Ups (or something like that).

As always,  you are your brutally honest self (and I like that) have you taken up any flak for some of the remarks you've made about other celebs?  

Its all bullshit but in the long run hopefully what you actually got out of it is better then the prize package...though id want the package just cuz lol
