Am I pregnant? Ask my friend!

Allison Dubois Allison and her husbands Myspace Page(she's a famous medium, was just on Oprah, and inspired the show "Medium") keeps asking me if I am pregnant every time I talk to her! She is really starting to freak me out. It all started about 3 weeks ago. I was driving home from the nowlive studio's and she called me. The first thing she asked me as I was driving at 80mph was "Are you pregnant?". I thought I was going to crash my mini! Allison has always been pretty dead on when telling me things before. I am kinda freaking out.

Last night her husband Joe and our friend Aaron spent the night. Of course, I texted my dear Allison. What does she ask me????? "Are you pregnant?"!!!!

I told this broad, "Allison, we are not ready to get knocked up right now! Quit freakin me out". So she tells me to be super careful. I have taken two pregnancy tests in the last 3 weeks because of this woman! There is always the possibility that someone close to me or in my family will get knocked up instead. Allison is one of the coolest people I have ever met. She is one of my closest friends, and I believe in her gift. Chris, the logical man that he is, does not believe in mediums. So, he also does not believe in not having sex with me because my psychic friend keeps asking me if I am pregnant yet! Not yet, Mrs. DuBois....not yet....

I've had some friends tell me that they've had dreams that I was pregnant...and to be careful. However, I am 31 and not pregnant yet. So as fun as it is to make these kind of predictions, I don't hold much stock in them. The stock I hold is whether or not my husband decides to blow a load on my face or inside me during the ovulation time! :) Classy right?

Hey Adrianne, Why the magic number of 27?Is there something special about that age? If you do plan on getting preg in 2 years start taking pre natal vitamins now. They are good for ya and will help your body get ready. Also look into what having kids will or could do to your body, and talk to other women and see if its really worth it. I have 3 so take it from me they start out as cute little bundles and then soon they become people lol. I think you would both make great parents :P

Well, you've got two years. Just keep busy. I think that busyness is the key to spacing out your kids.

I did not have this good sense with my first two, but my sons were all four years apart. I just had too much to do to worry about it.

I have a question although I'm not sure you'll get to this seeing as 43718943721 people have already responded and I'm always the last one.

In reference to this, my boyfriend and I are 19 years apart. I am 29, he is 48. Do you and Chris worry about him being too old to have children by the time you are ready to? Sometimes I worry about that issue.

I will say one thing in response to your question. My ex husband was 20 years older than me and we got married when I was 21. I divorced him for several reasons, One was the fact that he was an alchoholic and he would not even give me one day without beer. The second was that he started to age very fast and his hair turned grey and he started to have several health problems. I was taking him to the doctor every week and to a chiropractor three to five times a week. He got to the point where he was having a hard time walking. I was very afraid that I was going to be a widow by the time I was 25! His father died when he was only 45 and left his mother with four children. I decided that I did not want to have children with him and I decided that I did not want to become a widow so I left. I know that sounds cold and selfish but I was watching him kill himself with the alchohol(at least one 12 pack every day!) and cigarettes (2-3 packs per day!) and I got scared and left. I think that it depends on your situation really, if he is young and energetic and healthy then I think children would be great. Anyways that is just my opinion on the matter.

Yes my boyfriend is very healthy and energetic, perhaps more than I am! Most people he meets cannot believe he is 48. He looks more like 39 or 40, and has a young approach to life.

i never worry about that. Men can have kids till they die...women are the ones who cant. However, I just want to point out to you and anyone else who is posting, I almost never go back to read the front page after already reading it once. It's much better to post your comment on the most recent page, otherwise I will most likely never see it

I don't blame you for wanting to wait and if you're on birth control then I wouldn't worry too much. It's probably someone close to you that's pregnant. But I totally feel for you. I've thoughtI might be pregnant a few times because people kept asking me and it really stresses you out when you know you're not ready for kids yet.

Your right about what you said earlier, she may be sensing the pregnancy in your family or group of friends. It might not be you but maybe someone close to you. Psychics are usually pretty dead on but sometimes the signals get mixed up, or maybe it means something else. Anyways, stick with your plan and wait until you are 27, you are still young, live it up!

Theres a pregnancy test that can determine if you are preggers 5 days before your per rod Whatcha askin for? Go get one!! I had my kids at 24 and 27 and I'm glad cause now my daughter can hang with me. Speaking of hanging... boob jobs need tune ups too. Be prepared to have them done at least 2 more times or more in your lifetime. Get the test !! Or like you would say BEITCH!

actually, because of the difficulty we had in my surgery....I have been advised NOT to get implants if I planned on having kids within 18 months of the job....I am not even at a year yet! I heal soooo slowly, and I am still healing. It could mean bad things if these babies started getting bigger on me
