Is Top Model a Scam?
That's what everyone has been asking me lately because of the last season. I didn't watch it, but I came across the finale and watched it the other week. I guess the winner of the show not only has modeled before (Wendy's commercials, Tyra Banks Show runway model) but that she also had a personal relationship with Tyra from being in her T-zone camp. According to my contract with Top Model, all of these things would keep you from even coming on the show, let alone win it.

I agree with the majority in saying that this is not fair. When I did watch the show, I didn't think that they chose the girl who could actually model...but then I remembered that they are 9 seasons into this show and have yet to be successful in making a real "Top Model". I would have picked the other girl based only on that I think she would work more. It's Tyra's show, and she can obviously do whatever she wants.

I love to compete. If I had been one of the other contestants, I would be crying foul everywhere I went. I am really surprised at how unfair that season seems. So I guess now real models are going to be allowed on the show? That should make things interesting.

I think that if all these rumors of the winner being tied in the industry and having a prior relationship with Tyra is true, that the title should be given to the runner up. I know Tyra is an honest person. I have been assured by many that Tyra isn't unfair. Seeing how she isn't, I know she will do the right thing in this situation. Heck, maybe after she is done righting this wrong, she could hint at the agency she placed me in to PAY me for the work I did and won through her show? Been trying to get that check since 2003. ; )

Reflecting on the New Year
Here comes the New Year kids. It's been fun pouring out all my random thoughts here. I know I have got myself in a few messes, but I know my heart. I think a lot of others do as well, seeing how I put a lot of my thoughts here. I don't know why I decided to write every random thing that hits my mind. I know a lot of people talk shit about it, but all you haters know you think fucked up shit all day as well!

I was almost positive that if I started writing, a ton of people would hate me. I figured if they really knew how imperfect I was, that I would be thrown to the wolves. I have been pretty shocked at the response my blog has generated. I have made some amazing friends on here. I never thought I would have such an interactive comment section. Sure, we get the occasional assholes, but for the most part everyone is pretty cool. I really appreciate the people who can disagree with me in a mature manner. You get so used to immature fucks using the internet as their way of feeling bigger about themselves. It's nice to see such a big display of maturity and class on the net. It's rather shocking, actually.

Anyway, it's been fun talking to you this year. I don't know what the New Year will bring but I DO know that I will have a lot of stupid random thoughts about it!!

Edited Note:: Believe it or not, a few months ago I was hit with a big dose of maturity. I feel like I've calmed down considerably. We have been asked about a 4th season of My Fair Brady. We are thinking long and hard about it all. If anything, I think I almost want people to see how much I've grown. This new season coming out is a year old. I don't feel like people will be seeing who I am today. A year is a long amount of time when your 25. This is the time in life when people become who they will be. We will see. I might just dissapear into the sunset this year. Vanishing out of the public eye sounds better and better each year. ; )
