I just want to say that I run Adri's fan page and you have no idea the kind of pressure people put on her. Do you know how many messages that page gets with poor me stories? I am not even Adrianne but some think I am. I get all the I'm suicidal please help me letters. It is a heavy ass burden they put on her. I get frustrated because...1 I cant help and 2 I am not Adrianne. Can you even imagine how many messages Adrianne really gets? She can't help everyone individually. It is impossible. I work with 5 clients who are mentally ill. I love my job and them but it wears me the fuck out sometimes. I cannot imagine more than 5 people needing me. It is so hard. The "you" is general not you personally: Okay, I wasn't in the chat but I gather that someone was threatening suicide, comtemplating or something and Adrianne is being blamed for not doing anything? First off, I've had way too many suicides in my family and I don't take these ideations, gestures, threats lightly. Adrianne doesn't actually KNOW the fans that are here. It seems, by the posts, that many of them actually know each other IRL. If you do know someone, know their info and are concerned enough then I would recommend contacting their local PD and ask for a safety check. If they're are truly in need may be you saved a life, if not, may be they will think twice about making serious threats in a light manner. Bottom line, I don't see how you can possibly make Adrianne feel responsible for the well-fair of her many fans. Because she interacts so much with us, some of the less stable are starting to blur the lines between real reality and virtual reality. 	Barbara	there is a book you may find beneficial...codependent no more.....or maybe a support group of sorts. anything. Do not let your situations take your entire childhood. When you get away from home, which I feel you run as far as fast as you can, DON"T repeat the mistakes of others if you can prevent it. I was the child of an addict. My mom DID have a billion men in and out of the revolving front door. I was always responsible from a very young age. I could help anyone in almost any situation but I never seemed to take the time or have the know how to help myself. And without taking care of yourself, in the longrun, you will have nothing to offer anyone else. Try not to let the people that judge you get you down. But at the same time, try not to use your upbringing as any excuse, because if you don't, they have nothing to hold against you. Know your significance. YOU are important. You may not always say or do the right thing, but you are human. Admit your mistakes, learn from them, and grow every chance you have.
