Marie Carter

Marie Carter has been published in Hanging Loose, The Brooklyn Rail,
turntablebluelight.com, among others and forthcoming in Bloom. She is the
editor of WORD JIG: NEW FICTION FROM SCOTLAND (Hanging Loose Press,
2003). She just completed a residency at the MacDowell Colony where she
worked on her book of creative non-fiction THE TRAPEZE DIAIRES.
Christine Hamm
CHRISTINE HAMM is a PhD candidate in English Literature at Drew University, where she was awarded a Caspersen Scholarship for Academic Promise. Her poetry has been published in The Adirondack Review, Pebble Lake Review, Horseless Press, Lodestar Quarterly, Blue Fifth Review, Poetry Midwest, MiPoesias, Rattle, Snow Monkey and Exquisite Corpse, among others. In 2004, she was nominated for a Pushcart Prize. Her work has been anthologized in Homewrecker: An Adultery Reader and The Murdering of Our Years: Artists and Activists on Making Ends Meet, both by Soft Skull Press. Her full-length book of poems, The Transparent Dinner, is due out from Mayapple Press in October. Christine is on the editorial board of several literary journals, including Vernacular. She teaches English at Rutgers University and poetry writing at Women's Studio Center in Queens, NY. Michael Maiello

Michael Maiello is an associate editor at Forbes Magazine and a
playwrightwith shows produced off-off Broadway in New York and around the
country.Two of his plays have been published by Playscripts Inc. He has
writtenbook reviews for the San Francisco Chronicle and the New York Times
BookReview. He is currently dabbling in stand up comedy and sit-down therapy.
Tony ONeill

In a previous life Tony ONeill played keyboards for bands and artists
as diverse as Kenickie, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, and Marc Almond.
After moving to Los Angeles his promising career was derailed by heroin
addiction, quickie marriages and crack abuse. While kicking methadone
he started writing about his experiences on the periphery of the
Hollywood Dream and he has been writing ever since. DIGGING THE VEIN is his
first novel. A volume of poetry, SONGS FROM THE SHOOTING GALLERY is
slated for a spring 2007 release on Burning Shore Press, and a collection
of short stories entitled SEIZURE WET DREAMS is in the pipeline for
Social Disease Press (UK). He lives in New York where he works variety
of odd jobs, drinks too much, worries about money, and write

Marcus Conrad Poston has a problem: he has no idea how to write his own bio. To blithely list information regarding his education, his previous performances, his achievements and accolades seems pompous and self-aggrandizing. The Marcus lives and works in New York City style bio though appealing to his desire for humility - seems laconic and standoffish. Marcus would much rather discuss his past over a bourbon - not too much ice, thank you - in a bar that still allows smoking. Oh yes. Marcus also hopes you have a lovely day. Cheers.
